5-8 years of experience in partnership sales within the insurance or financial services industry experience in insurance, banking, fntech, or related industries, with at least 5 years in senior partnership/rolationship management roles.
Strong understanding Of Nigerian insurance market, distribution channels, and regulatory environment.
proven track record in business development, strategic partnerships, or bancassurance.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship skills.
Experience leading teams ard driving results.
