Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, insurance, or any related field
• Prossional cualifications / membership (e, CIIN, etc.) would be an added advantage.
• 5-8 years of experience in partnership sales within the insurance or financial services industry experience in insurance, banking, fntech, or related industries, with at least 5 years in senior partnership/rolationship management roles.
• Strong understanding Of Nigerian insurance market, distribution channels, and regulatory environment.
• proven track record in business development, strategic partnerships, or bancassurance.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship skills.
• Experience leading teams ard driving results.
