    HVAC Technician

    Job Description

    • We are seeking highly qualified individuals to fill the role of an HVAC Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, clean, inspect, and repair HVAC equipment within its esteemed medical team.

    Responsibilities

    • Monitor and maintain HVAC equipment to ensure safe and efficient equipment and facility operation.
    • Complete HVAC repairs, maintenance, installations, and other related in-home service calls.
    • Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
    • Work alongside customer service representatives and dispatch team members to ensure the business's overall success.
    • Clean, adjust, and repair systems, and perform warranty services.
    • Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
    • Provide technical direction and on-the-job training
    • Keep daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
    • Ensure compliance with appliance standards and with the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
    • Comply with service standards, work instructions, and customers' requirements.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of Trade Test in Electrical or its equivalent
    • 2-5 years experience in Electrical maintenance.
    • Able to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, manufacturer manuals, troubleshooting charts, and procedures.
    • Strong communication and leadership skills
    • Experience in the healthcare sector (preferred).

    Legal Officer

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a highly qualified individual to fill the position of a Legal Officer who will be responsible for monitoring and advising on all legal matters, commercial contracts, and agreements.
    • The Legal Officer shall also ensure the healthcare system complies with the statutory and corporate governance practices and guidelines.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide guidance and legal expertise to leadership, managers, or other attorneys regarding medical malpractice, risk reduction issues that may arise in connection with claims, and potential claims
    • Provide internal advisory services to the business units and departments within the Company.
    • Draft a wide variety of legal agreements.
    • Provide commercial legal support to all departmental projects and job functions.
    • Ensure the development of service-level agreements for service support and delivery.
    • Monitor the maintenance of the registers and other records required to be maintained by the Company under the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA).
    • Provide all such other administrative and other secretarial duties as directed by the Legal Counsel.
    • Analyze and review legal agreements, legislation, and documents for the Board.
    • Ensure (internal & external) compliance with laid down guidelines, policies, and procedures; investigate issues of non-compliance as may be required.
    • Review and advise management on the legal implications of internal policies and procedures.
    • Review and draft contracts, agreements, and internal policies and ensure that they comply with all statutory or legal requirements.
    • Any other duties as may be assigned.

    Requirements

    • Must currently be licensed by the Nigeria Bar Association (NBA).
    • NYSC Discharge Certificate or exemption letter for Nigerian citizens.
    • 4 years as an attorney with significant experience in medical malpractice law and litigation.
    • Knowledge of laws, rules and regulations, and standards about healthcare.
    • Excellent management, organizational interpersonal, research, and writing, negotiation skills applicable.

    • Strong problem-solving, listening, and learning skills, and proactive/analytical thinking.
