    Human Resource Business Partner

    JSK Consulting Group is seeking a proactive, resourceful, and experienced HR Business Partner to support our people operations and business objectives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in talent management, employee relations, payroll administration, account management, and overall workforce effectiveness while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and best HR practices.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Partner with management to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
    2. Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement processes.
    3. Oversee staff performance management, disciplinary procedures, and employee relations matters.
    4. Oversee the accurate and timely administration of payroll, ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
    5. Support financial record-keeping, account management, and HR-related reporting.
    6. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
    7. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
    8. Monitor staff attendance, leave administration, and workforce planning activities.
    9. Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
    10. Manage assigned client accounts, ensuring effective workforce administration, timely service delivery, and high levels of client satisfaction.  

    Requirements

    1. Minimum of 3 years\' experience in Human Resources, preferably as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or similar role (Post-NYSC).
    2. Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
    3. Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
    4. Experience managing payroll, employee records, and HR administration.
    5. Basic understanding of accounting principles and account management.
    6. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
    7. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
    8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management tools.
    9. CIPM certification or membership is an added advantage.
    10. Candidates residing within or close to Ikoyi and its environs are strongly encouraged to apply.
