    Client Service Executive (Media)

    Job Description:

    We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Client Service Executive to join our team and offer superior client servicing and account management services.

    Responsibilities:

    • Managing current and prospect accounts
    • Attending meetings, taking briefs and reporting on all brand activities
    • Conduct market research when necessary to further understand the client's brand and business environment
    • Actively seek out new business opportunities through cold calling and networking
    • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
    • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services
    • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
    • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
    • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints
    • Collaborate with team to achieve better results
    • Client interfacing

    Requirements:

    • 3-5 years experience in a relevant role
    • Proven experience as a Client Service Executive or relevant role
    • Proficiency in English and Excellent knowledge of MS Office
    • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
    • Fast learner and passion for brand management
    • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
    • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations and reports.

    Brand Sales Executive (Media)

Ultimately, the ideal candidate will help meet and surpass business development expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth.

    Responsibilities:

    • Discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
    • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

    Procurement Officer(Construction)

    SALARY: 250KNET

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Candidate must have proven work experience in a construction company
    • Experience operating an ERP software or related software e.g. SAP, Sage, Tally (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is of preference)
    • Minimum of 3 years experience in a construction company as a Procurement Officer is a MUST!
    • The candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Professional Certifications are an added advantage.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Plan the purchases of materials based on approved requisitions
    • Get quotation from vendors, negotiate, carry out price analysis & seek approval for materials to be purchased Prepare and issue purchase orders using Dynamic 365 Business Central in respect of approved quotes.
    • Follow up with vendors for prompt delivery of materials
    • Maintain accurate records of purchased materials with their price list
    • Maintain cordial relationship with suppliers Maintain and update database of supplier information Identify and evaluate prospective suppliers.
    • Enforce the company’s procurement policies and procedures.
    • Perform any other functions requested by the Yard Manager
