• Must be conversant with electronics key card locks, ZK biosecurity and ZK teco and other ITrelated.

Job Description

• Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
• Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
• Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements

Requirements

• B.Sc / M.Sc Degree with at least 8 years relevant work experience.
• Proven food and beverage management experience
• Vast knowledge in mixology(cocktail, mocktail and other relevant skills related to the bar)
• Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS, micros opera etc)
• Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
• Mastery in delegating multiple tasks
• Communication and leadership skills is very essential
• Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
• Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
• Guest-oriented and service-minded
• ability to train and retrain team members
• Culinary school diploma or degree in food service management or related field.

Job Description

• Manage and monitor activities of all employees in the Front Office department making sure they adhere to the standards of excellence and to the guidelines set in the employee handbook, hotel policies and procedures, coaching, training and correcting where needed.
• Maintain a professional and high-quality service oriented environment at all times
• Act as manager on duty for the hotel in the absence of the Front Office Manager dealing with complaints, problem-solving, disturbances, special requests and any other issues that may arise
• Manage the night shift in the department ensuring all employees perform the tasks assigned to them and coordinate Front Office activities with other departments
• Inform all Overnight staff of nightly activities, group and VIP arrivals as well as special requests and repeat guests.
