    Marketing Executive - Ambulance Services

    Job Summary

    The Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting the ambulance company\'s emergency medical transport services, securing new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and increasing brand awareness. The role focuses on generating revenue through corporate partnerships, hospital referrals, event medical coverage, HMO collaborations, and community engagement while maintaining excellent client relationships.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote ambulance and emergency medical services.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with hospitals, HMOs, corporate organizations, schools, hotels, industries, religious organizations, and event organizers.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
    • Conduct regular sales visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
    • Prepare and submit business proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
    • Promote ambulance subscription and retainer services to corporate organizations.
    • Coordinate marketing campaigns, awareness programs, and community outreach initiatives.
    • Represent the company at exhibitions, health fairs, and networking events.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
    • Maintain an updated client database and sales pipeline.
    • Prepare weekly and monthly sales and marketing reports.
    • Collaborate with Operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor\'s degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Health, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
    • Professional certification in Sales or Marketing is an added advantage.

    Experience

    • Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
    • Experience in healthcare, ambulance services, hospitals, HMOs, medical equipment, or related industries is highly preferred.
    • Demonstrated experience in corporate sales and client relationship management.

    Diagnostic Centre Marketer

    Job Summary

    The Diagnostic Centre Marketer is responsible for driving the growth of the diagnostic centre by promoting its laboratory, imaging, cardiac, and specialized diagnostic services. The role involves developing strategic partnerships, generating referrals, increasing client acquisition, and strengthening the centre\'s brand presence among healthcare providers, corporate organizations, HMOs, and the general public.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies to increase utilization of the diagnostic centre\'s services.
    • Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, specialist practices, general practitioners, HMOs, corporate organizations, NGOs, and other referral partners.
    • Conduct regular client visits to generate referrals and business opportunities.
    • Promote the centre\'s diagnostic services, including laboratory, radiology, cardiac diagnostics, wellness packages, and preventive health screenings.
    • Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements for corporate clients and partners.
    • Identify new markets and business opportunities to expand the centre\'s customer base.
    • Coordinate health awareness campaigns, medical outreaches, and promotional events.
    • Organize presentations and product/service demonstrations for prospective clients.
    • Monitor competitors\' activities, market trends, and customer needs to inform business strategies.
    • Ensure prompt follow-up on leads and maintain strong client relationships.
    • Maintain an accurate database of prospects, referrals, and existing clients.
    • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly business development reports.
    • Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure excellent customer experience and service delivery.
    • Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and client acquisition targets.

    Qualifications

    Experience

    • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in healthcare marketing, business development, medical sales, or diagnostics marketing.
    • Experience marketing laboratory, radiology, diagnostic imaging, or hospital services is highly desirable.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales and business development targets.
