Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our team in the FMCG industry. 
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, screening, and hiring qualified candidates across various functions while ensuring a seamless recruitment experience and supporting the company's talent acquisition objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Prepare recruitment reports and track key hiring metrics.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–4 years' experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the FMCG or manufacturing sector.
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies within tight timelines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment platforms.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience recruiting for sales, manufacturing, supply chain, and corporate roles.
• Knowledge of competency-based interviewing techniques.
• Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
