    Project Officer - Agriculture

    Job Summary: 

    You will support the implementation of the agriculture activities at the field level in Kaga and Magumeri LGA. You will directly work with project participants, agriculture extension workers, village and local stakeholders in ensuring implementation of robust agriculture activities as per Improved ALERTS proposal. You will work collaboratively as a team member with the other CRS staffs under the leadership of the Livelihood and Resilience PM to sequence and layer all sector interventions to achieve optimal integration and impact for the poor and vulnerable. You will support the planning, coordination, implementation, monitoring, program quality and reporting for agriculture and livelihood activities. Your management skills and knowledge will ensure that Improved ALERTS implement high-quality, cost effective and locally appropriate agriculture activities in the target communities of Magumeri and Kaga LGA as per proposal and contribute to program improvements and adaptations.

     

    Roles and Key Responsibilities:

    • In consultation and partnership with the implementing partner, develop agriculture implementation plans and lead in the implementation of agricultural activities in the intervention communities in Kaga and Magumeri LGA.
    • Work with the agriculture extension workers in building the technical capacity of project participants on crop production, through field level demonstration-based trainings.
    • Support organization of participants into learning groups for ease of agricultural information sharing and dissemination. 
    • Coordinate and implement participants seed and tools needs identification to guide provision of the farming inputs to the participants.
    • Work closely with housing lands and property department in ensuring project participants have recognized access to safe farmland.
    • Support implementation of agriculture activities as envisioned in the proposal, including working closely.
    • Ensure robust timely reporting and field level documentation of all agriculture activities.
    • Work closely with all other project sector staffs, IMPROVED ALERTS implementing partners and area-based committees in the implementation and monitoring of the agriculture activities. 
    • Assist the agriculture and livelihood PM in context analysis, optimistic gap identification and proposing of feasible intervention solutions to identified programming gaps.
    • Assist the livelihood PM in implementation of MEAL systems, including but not limited to identification of project participants, monitoring and evaluation of the sector activities.
    • Assist in farmers training and monitor the practical application of the knowledge, skills and techniques acquired and adapted by farmers.
    • Report weekly and monthly on project progress to the agriculture and livelihoods PM.
    • Actualize any duties assigned for the overall success of the IMPROVED ALERTS project. 

    Required Languages -English and Hausa are essential. Knowledge of one or more of the languages spoken in Kaga and Magumeri , such as Kanuri or Shuwa Arabic is an advantage 

    Travel -The post is based in Maiduguri, with field level work in Kaga and Magumeri LGA. Includes 80% travel to field locations.

    Project Officer - Food Assistance

    Job Summary

    Under the leadership of the IMPROVED ALERTS Food security and livelihoods (FSL) Manager, the Project Officer (PO) is a non-supervisory position, responsible for the daily project activities in food assistance in Gubio, Kaga and Magumeri, while maintaining relationships with local partner staff as well as vendors and beneficiaries. 

    The PO, in collaboration with the local partners, will lead field level engagement with food assistance vendors, and project participants, ensure compliance with voucher methodology, collect data as guided by the MEAL Officer and assist the local partners in project implementation, monitoring and reporting.

    Responsibilities

    Coordinate and clearly communicate food assistance activities 

    • Support the vendor procurement and price negotiation process as required, in collaboration CRS SCM team.
    • Act as the focal point for field level communication with the community mobilizers on food assistance. 
    • Support partners officers with food assistance activities capacity building.
    • Support the preparation of payments to the vendors on a bi-monthly basis, after every food redemption.
    • Hold daily debrief with the community mobilizers during redemptions and provide timely updates to the Food assistance Manager.
    • Support the partner officer in coordinating the planning of the CMs.
    • Ensure support to partner officer in effectively implementing the food redemptions. Review partner plans and reports, providing guidance to the team.
    • Participate in local coordination meetings including, Area Based Committee meetings and local food security engagements at the field level.
    • Provide interpretation and facilitation support in local languages for training events and community meetings.
    • Support MEAL team with registrations, OSMs and PDMs as required.
    • Carry out other roles in food assistance as directed by the supervisor.

    Provide support to project vendors and food assistance key stakeholders 

    • Ensure shop signs are displayed in front of each participating vendor’s shop.
    • Coordinate all vendor support and communication.
    • Organize meetings with project vendors as needed.
    • Organize monthly meetings with project vendors to discuss distributions.
    • Conduct regular vendor spot checks before and during the redemptions, ensuring vendor readiness and access to quality food commodities by project participants.
    • In collaboration with the Cash & Asset Transfer Officer (CAT), carries out vendor training.

    Provides feedback on project’s food assistance activities to PM

    • Provide information to the CAT Officer on troubleshooting needs.
    • Provides feedback to the PM on program activities.
    • In partnership with the CAT officer reviews vendor transactions.
    • Documents good practices stemming from project implementation linked to food assistance teams activities.

    Reporting 

    • Review partner officer reports.
    • Provide capacity building on reporting to the local partner as shall be required.
    • Report on project activities. 
    • Collects three human interest stories with photos on project beneficiaries, of which one is of a project vendor.
    • Any other task, assigned by supervisor.

    Required Languages - The post requires high level oral communication skills Hausa and English.

    Travel - Willingness to travel about 70% of the time

    Project Assistant - Accountability Assistant

    Job Summary: 

    The Accountability Assistant will work with the Feedback Assistant, the Accountability Officer, project teams and community mobilizers to ensure strong Feedback and Response Mechanisms (FRM) are maintained and strengthened for Ceton Rayuka II Program. Ceton Rayuka is a multisectoral program implemented in Gubio, Kaga and Magumeri LGAs.  S/he will be responsible for managing and monitoring beneficiary feedback daily and will prepare analysis reports presenting general trends to be shared with project teams.

    Roles and Key Responsibilities: 

    • Assign a categorize to the feedbacks received from the hotline and through community-based mechanism (staff, community meetings, suggestion boxes, etc…)
    • Assign a ticket number to each feedback and enter feedbacks in the database
    • Regularly transmit feedbacks to the adequate teams
    • Prepare weekly and monthly reports presenting the learnings from the feedback received, per project
    • Participate in teams’ meeting to share the trends and learning from the feedbacks 
    • Follow up regularly with the teams on the advancement of feedback responses
    • Regularly update the database by adding the response implemented and close feedbacks when an adequate response has been given
    • Ensure all feedback collected from beneficiaries are kept confidential and timely/accurate response is given back to them 
    • Support CRS and partner to document and respond to all community feedback received
    • Support the MEAL-Accountability Officer to facilitate orientation, training and awareness sessions on beneficiary feedback mechanism to CRS and partner staffs as required. 

    Required Languages -  English and Hausa required. Kanuri is strongly preferred.  

    Travel - Must be willing and able to travel up to 20 %.

    Project Assistant - Community Liaison

    Job Summary

    • Under the direct supervision of the Project Officer-Community Liaison, the Project Assistant-Community Liaison will assist on community engagement and entry.
    • Project Assistant-Community Liaison will support project teams to establish and maintain relationships with community members and local leaders and monitor and report on all project activities in support of Catholic Relief Services’ (CRS) work serving the poor and vulnerable.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    Project Support: 

    • Liaise with various community stakeholders and mobilize them to ensure full involvement of community leaders, community representatives, and local government representatives in the overall implementation and improvement of project activities.
    • With the support of the Project Officer-Community Liaison, facilitate monthly stakeholder’s engagements meetings and dialogues to share project information and identify key community needs/feedback and escalate to CRS relevant sectors. 
    • Establish and maintain good working relationship with community, government representatives and groups across all areas of implementation. 
    • Support the Project Officer-Community Liaison in the development of key messages. 
    • With support of Project Officer-Community Liaison, maintain community stakeholder directory and stakeholder risk matrix. 
    • With support of the Project Officer-Community Liaison conduct context analysis and partner services mapping across all areas of implementation. 
    • Support the accountability team in case management. 
    • Keep abreast of local context and report any challenges/gaps identified to inform adjustments to plans and implementation schedules. 
    • Assist the coordination and implementation of all assigned community engagement activities as outlined in the detailed implementation plan in line with CRS program quality principles and standards, donor requirements, and good practices.

    Coordination and Report writing:

    • Draft and share activity and weekly reports.
    • Support Project Officer-Community Liaison to coordinate communication and facilitate information sharing among the project team, implementing partners, and project beneficiaries at the community level to assist local partners in strengthening the community interest, involvement, and support networks.
    • In coordination with the project team support capacity building events for community representatives.
    • Participate in internal sectoral meetings and update the team on community liaison activities.   
    • Develop and maintain a network of external contacts with key individuals in the NGO sector and civil society.
    • Represent CRS in relevant interagency stakeholder’s meetings and any other meetings that may be assigned by the supervisor.
    • Complete any other task relevant to the position as requested by the supervisor.

    Project Assistant -Feedback Desk

    Job Summary

    You will provide service in the day-to-day delivery of responsive, effective and efficient project administrative activities in support of CRS’s mission to serve the poor and vulnerable. You will provide consistent and high-quality service and contribute to the proper stewardship of project resources to help ensure high-quality programming. The role of the Feedback Desk Assistant is to ensure that all the calls, messages and in person visitors related to feedback are timely and formally attended to, logged and reported. The position will assist the Feedback Desk Officer by providing necessary information and reports on feedback received and action taken. The position will keep proper notes, records and use predefined templates as provided by MEAL unit for the purpose.

    Roles and Key Responsibilities: 

    • Serve as an assistant custodian of the feedback hotline and email.
    • Assist in maintaining proper and accurate feedback records and call register.
    • Strictly adhere to the standard operating procedures for handling sensitive and non-sensitive feedback and complaints.
    • Submit records and registers regularly and on time.
    • Assist Feedback Desk Officer in communications with complainant/feedback providers on follow-up, further inquiries and responses in the relevant local languages.
    • Assist in follow-up with programs on the actioning and resolution of feedback and complaints and ensure that the feedback loop is closed.
    • Assist documentation process for incoming and outgoing calls/SMS through hotline and support formalities required for billing process.
    • Assist in managing a central database to consolidate records and log-sheets on feedback and complaints received from the field in a timely and regular manner.
    • Support in providing all technical support to the project accountability focal points relating to the receipt and actioning of feedback and/or the response to feedback provider.

    Required Languages - English, Hausa, & Kanuri 

    Travel - Position is office based in Maiduguri, Borno State, with occasional visits to project sites in neighboring Local Government Areas (<10% of time)

    Project Officer -Housing Land and Property

    Job Summary

    The Housing, Land and Property Specialist is required to support CRS’ programs to ensure the legal rights of IDPs and landowners are protected in CRS’ emergency shelter, sanitation, water supply and agriculture and livelihood activities in Borno state and across north east Nigeria.

    As Housing, Land and Property (HLP) Officer, you will facilitate the achievement of project objectives through coordinating and reporting on all project activities and providing technical guidance and advice to staff and implementing partner(s) advancing CRS’ work serving the poor and vulnerable. Your coordination and relationship management skills will ensure that the HLP aspects of the project applies best practices and constantly works towards improving the impact of its benefits to those we serve

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Organize and lead the implementation of all assigned HLP activities as outlined in the detailed implementation plan in line with CRS program quality principles and standards, donor requirements, and good practices. Including, but not limited to:
      • Prepare documentation for securing land access and tenancy agreements whilst ensuring rights of IDPs and landowners are protected. 
      • Lead identification of landowners and liaise with them, local leaders and government officials, as appropriate, with regard to access arrangements.
      • Create and conduct trainings in HLP for project stakeholders (participants, host communities, leaders, government agencies, CRS and partner staff).
    • Ensure learning properly accompanies project activities throughout the project cycle by supporting MEAL in the evaluation of HLP activities and reflecting on project experiences. Analyze implementation challenges, monitoring compliance with existing tenancy/land agreements, and report any inconsistencies and/or gaps to inform adjustments to plans and implementation schedules.  
    • Supervise and perform ad-hoc inspections of various processes and resources at land sites to ensure timely HLP activity implementation and adherence to established process standards and procedures. Ensure proper tracking of resource use for project activities through periodic budget reviews.
    • Support and coordinate capacity building and technical support activities to ensure assigned project activities are implemented per project guidelines and standards.
    • Coordinate provision of any logistical and administrative support to staff and partners.
    • Ensure project documentation for HLP activities is complete; including homeowner and renter database, protection referral database and key protection and gender resources library; with all required documents and is filed per agency and donor requirements.
    • Contribute to developing HLP sector within CRS Nigeria by providing support to other projects requiring HLP assistance.

    Reporting

    • Compile and submit timely weekly activity reports and monthly progress reports.
    • Contribute to elaboration of HLP sections of donor reports.
    • Advise management, and propose solutions, about issues affecting project implementation, or key local issues affecting future project developments.
    • Elaborate, compile, and maintain database of protection referrals.

    Required Languages - Must be fluent in English, with additional skills in Hausa and Kanuri a benefit.

    Travel - Regular travel to program areas of intervention in Borno State is required. Travel outside of Borno State is not expected but some travel may be required to attend trainings / meetings etc. Must be willing to travel up to 20% within projects in Borno state and across northeast Nigeria to support offices in Yobe and Adamawa.

    Project Assistant - MEAL

    Job Summary

    Under the direct supervision of the MEAL Manager, the MEAL Assistant will be responsible for supporting project MEAL activities, including registration, analysis, and report writing. The MEAL Assistant will be based in Maiduguri and will work closely with the Monitoring Evaluation Accountability and Learning (MEAL) team for technical support in Kaga, Magumeri and Gubio LGAs in Borno state.

    Roles and Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in regular monitoring exercise such as Onsite Monitoring and Post Distribution Surveys that include Focused Group Discussion.
    • Collect quantitative and qualitative data on project activities as required.
    • Assist in proper documentation and filing of all MEAL & Program documents.
    • Ensure the MEAL checklists are completed for each MEAL activities.
    • Prepare activity report on daily basis after each field visit and report to MEAL Officer.
    • Support the MEAL Officer to conduct beneficiary registration exercise and spot-check visits to the project sites.
    • Support MEAL Officer and MEAL Manager in any MEAL related training activities.
    • Actively participate in MEAL learning exercise, compiling, and keeping log sheet for key lessons learnt and good practices from all evaluations and assessments.
    • Support in the regular Market Food Price Monitoring and Nutrition data collection exercises.
    • Assist in the review and testing all M&E tools.
    • In coordination with the MEAL Manager and MEAL Officer, maintain the project’s stock of IT equipment (including vendor phones, program phones, solar panels, Bluetooth printers, etc.).
    • With support from MEAL manager, support the timely submission of the planned assessment report, post-distribution monitoring reports, and evaluation reports.
    • Support the development and testing of electronic data entry questionnaires using the Commcare (or other software as needed) during periodic surveys and data analysis using appropriate statistical package.
    • Support the training of enumerators, and community nutrition workers on data collection tools and the utilization of devices.
    • Raise procurement requisitions for project activities and update the relevant requisition database

    Required Languages – English, Hausa and working knowledge of Kanuri Language

    Travel: Must be willing and able to travel up to 40% of the time to field locations.

    The Hygiene Promotion Officer will form part of the Hygiene Promotion and Community Mobilization Team in the delivery of support to IDPs host communities and returnees in Borno State. The Hygiene Promotion Officer will work with partners and locally recruited Community Mobilisers to lead the delivery of hygiene promotion messaging and create hygiene behavior change. The Hygiene Promotion Officer will also capitalize on their community mobilization role to support shelter/WASH infrastructure sensitization and messaging.  

    In light of the high vulnerabilities of CRS’ targeted populations, including high level of reported trauma, and significant number of child and female headed HHs, it is anticipated that this Hygiene Promotion Role will also include a focus on Protection and Gender Mainstreaming across Shelter, WASH and NFI programs. 

    Roles and Key Responsibilities

    Hygiene Promotion & Community Mobilization 

    • Help the Hygiene Promotion Team Leader in planning and implementing out needs assessments, baseline studies and conduct hygiene promotion sessions and HH visits. 
    • Plan activities all field activities in communities that reduces WASH-related health risks by training and supervising Community Mobilizers 
    • Create, train and organize together with Community Mobilizers monitoring Latrine Maintenance Teams including Water Management Committee.
    • Mentor LCCs and WMC on the operation and maintenance of sanitation and water infrastructure ensuring the prudent management of user fees generated with the support of the field engineers.  
    • Monitor and mentor Latrine Maintenance Teams and Water management committees. 
    • Under the technical supervision of the Hygiene Promotion Team Leader launch community led cleaning campaigns and identify waste collection points for BOSEPA to collect and dispose in land fill. 
    • Set up monitoring systems for Community Mobilizers for daily inspection of community latrines, drainages, and solid waste collection points.   
    • Conduct public Hygiene Promotion sessions a week in each neighborhood or village. 
    • Conduct once a week Hygiene Promotion session with children, plan child to child hygiene sessions and organize events every two weeks with children to raise hygiene and heath awareness. 
    • Distribute Aquatabs or local equivalent and train HH and Community Mobilizers in its use and monitor residual chlorine in HH water storages. 
    • Train Community Mobilizers in how to use ORS. 
    • Coordinate on a weekly basis with the Water, Sanitation and Shelter Field Engineer and ensure that if any repairs, upgrade are needed these are communicated. 
    • Carry out mobilization of key community stakeholders including protection committee, youths, women, men and host communities to participate in community awareness events/meetings. 
    • Liaise with community leaders and other sectors and agencies working locally in order to coordinate within the WASH sector and between sectors such as health, nutrition and shelter. 
    • Organize data collected from Community Mobilisers and prepare regular activity reports and submit as requested by Hygiene Promotion Team Leader. 
    • Lead/support NFI distributions as requested.  
    • Document success stories, best practice and lessons learnt for sharing internally and externally. 

    Reporting 

    • Compile and submit timely weekly activity reports and monthly progress reports. 
    • Advise management about issues affecting project implementation, or key local issues affecting future project developments. 
    • Elaborate, compile, and maintain database of protection referrals. 
    • Elaborate, compile, and maintain key protection and gender resources library. 

    Required Languages English, Hausa, Kanuri preferred.  

    Travel - Must be willing and able to travel up to 50 %.

    Wash Infrastructure Officer

    Job Summary

    This will be a hands-on field engineer position under the leadership and guidance of the WASH Infrastructure Program Manager. S/he will be accountable for the technical contributions to WASH Infrastructure programming and construction project activities within the framework of the IMPROVED ALERT Emergency program in the Northeast.

    Roles and Key Responsibilities

    Project Design and Implementation

    • The WASH Infrastructure Officer will provide technical assistance to the Infrastructure Program Manager with all elements of WASH programming not limited to planning, designing, development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation the WASH Infrastructure Officer will take the lead in identifying community water and sanitation requirements, including conducting needs assessments, and contributing to technical water and sanitation solutions.
    • Supervise field-level WASH infrastructure works related to the project (e.g., supervision of contractors, suppliers, Partner staff, local artisans, and construction supervisors
    • Provide oversight of all construction administration activities for WASH Infrastructure and provide certification reports for final completion and to initiate liquidations. 
    • Coordinate the safety and quality component of the construction sites being supervised under the WASH CR-II Emergency program. 
    • Contribute to the development of Bills of Quantities (BoQs), technical drawings, and tender documents.
    • The WASH Infrastructure officer under the supervision of the Infrastructure Program Manager, will oversee the drafting of technical specifications, which will include the drafting of technical documentation, designs, and drawings, as well as technical bills of engineering measurement and evaluation for all water and sanitation activities under the emergency program. 
    • Work closely with construction supervisors providing technical expertise related to the planned infrastructure works to be carried for WASH, including but not limited to construction best practices and construction administration, water quality testing and treatment, and technical assessments.
    • Support construction supervisors to utilize simple infrastructure monitoring tools and supervision of local artisans. (e.g., checklists).
    • Support in trainings for ‘Community WASH Focal Points’ on WASH infrastructure monitoring, operations, and maintenance. 
    • Review and highlight opportunities for Protection, safeguarding and Gender mainstreaming in the proposed sector activities and follow up to ensure, protection principles are integrated during activity design and implementation.

    Information Management/Reporting-

    • Report the daily progress of works to the Infrastructure PM.
    • Ensure that all WASH infrastructure data within the staff’s portfolio of sites is well managed and provides an accurate representation of the reality on the ground.
    • Submit regular reports related to the project’s WASH infrastructure to team lead.

    Security management responsibilities-

    • Responsible of the day-to-day security management as it relates to program implementation. 
    • Abide by the security procedures and policies and report any breaches.
    • Participate in personal safety training as required.
    • Perform other relevant tasks as assigned.

    Project Officer - Nutrition

    Job Summary: 

    The Nutrition project officer will be responsible for the overall management of the day-to-day activities of the nutrition program in assigned locations. The Nutrition Officer, with guidance from the Program Manager, will undertake the following responsibilities related to project cycle management, technical direction, and field activities implementation.

    Roles and Key Responsibilities: 

    Program Support

    • Support field level technical assessments in coordination plan and organize CRS community led supplementary program in project locations sites.
    • Supervise and Support nutrition partner officers, to ensure all aspects of the program are understood and implemented according to stipulated standards.
    • Ensure quality engagement of community leaders / their delegates for the organization of beneficiaries in each project location.
    • Carry out weekly supervisory visits to all project locations assigned.

    • Ensure weekly redemption of Tom Brown grain by LMs. 
    • Submit weekly field data and report to the Program Manager
    • Report any progress and any problems in a timely manner.
    • Ensure effective follow-ups on beneficiaries in all project locations.
    • Identify gaps and present plans for capacity building to inform effective programing. 
    • Attend regular nutrition meetings and assist in any other tasks when required.

    • Identify learning and training opportunities for partner staff and communicate this to the Senior Nutrition Officer. 
    • Coordinate project evaluation activities and assist partners in their efforts to collect and analyze project data as per specified tools. 

    Required Languages -   English required and proficiency in Hausa and Fulani. Fluency in other local languages will be an added advantage.

    Senior Project Officer- Nutrition

    Job Summary: 

    The Senior Nutrition Project Officer is responsible for the overall management and technical direction of Improved alert nutrition program (CMAM and MIYCN- E) activities, targeting vulnerable IDPs and host communities. Reporting to the Nutrition Program Manager with accountability to the CRS and partner's Nutrition Officers, and Nutrition Community Mobilizers, MiYCN counsellors. Improved Alert Program will bet implemented in Gubio, Kaga and Magumeri LGAs. The Nutrition SPO will undertake the following responsibilities related to project cycle management, technical direction, and program development:

    Roles and Key Responsibilities: 

    Technical/Administrative, Program Quality and Implementation

    • Ensure quality and timely field level implementation of the Nutrition program against set objectives, targets, and work plans
    • Advise and assist CRS nutrition team in developing project specific strategies, tools, systems, and plans.
    • Develop activity workplans for the Nutrition programme and ensure proposed activities are developed in coordination with other sectors-internally and externally with other implementing partners.
    • Ensure that nutrition programs utilize international best practices, policies, and guidelines, in line with Ministry of Health and WHO/UNICEF
    • Oversee the collection and timely reporting of data and statistics for all nutrition programs in line with CRS guidelines and according to donor requirements.
    • Actively monitor programs/projects through field visits, surveys and/or exchange of information with partners to assess progress, identify bottlenecks and take timely decisions to resolve issues and/or refer to relevant officials for timely resolution.
    • With support from the line supervisor, and MEAL department and nutrition team, lead the development of routine monitoring tools for tracking project progress, as well as necessary IEC materials to strengthen MIYCN-E and SBCC activities advocacies in the community.

    Program Development and Strategic Planning

    • Contribute to and support in carrying out the situation analysis for the nutrition sector to ensure timely and current data on maternal and child nutrition are available for the designing, development, and management of nutrition projects.
    • Identify opportunities for program and proposal development in line with the CRS's and donor guidelines.
    • Work in coordination with Procurement and Admin units to track Nutrition programme procurements, delivery and distribution at the field level.
    • Participate in proposal writing and budget development processes for nutrition program
    • Lead technical assessments as a basis for nutrition program development when necessary to monitor evolving needs of the target communities and adjust the programmatic priorities as necessary.

    Capacity Building and Supervision

    • Ensure the capacity building of CRS nutrition team and partner staff through on-the-job training, technical guidance and coaching sessions while ensuring staff performance evaluation plans are developed
    • Ensure appropriate support to the nutrition team by regular field visits and provide targeted technical feedback 
    • Develop capacity building plans and strategies and identify relevant training opportunities for CRS and partner staff to advance knowledge and skills in nutrition.
    • Monitor staffing needs and assist the recruitment of local staff and support staff development through mentoring to enhance the capacity of project and partner staff
    • Develop a process for ensuring quality and safety of nutrition related activities and products

    Coordination and Representation

    • Represent CRS at nutrition sector working group meetings and coordination forums UN, international and national NGOs for nutrition coordination as needed at the LGA and state level
    • Ensure good coordination with other CRS partners staff, nutrition field teams and provide frequent feedback and updates
    • Develop new and manage existing relationships with key stakeholders and potential collaborators for nutrition programs.
    • Good understanding of Nutrition sector reporting requirements, templates and timelines.
    • Review and highlight opportunities for Protection, safeguarding and Gender mainstreaming in the proposed Nutrition activities; And follow up to ensure, nutrition team integrate the protection principles during activity design and implementation.

    Reporting

    • Support the development of field-based reports to CRS, Nutrition sector and/or external donors, as necessary.
    • Develop reporting templates for supervisees to aid in tracking progress of programme activities and key indicators
