Responsibilities

• Prepare concept and detailed civil drawings.
• Review all civil design works done by external parties, review work methods and calculations.
• Preparation of planning approval documents to the appropriate Nigerian authorities. (NPA, NEPZA and DPR).
• Assist in the preparation of Tender and Contract documents.
• Approving and signing off sections of civil work done which complies with the specifications and standards.
• Monitoring construction activities and reporting on whether quality control measures are being adhered to.
• Identify potential risks/problems before they occur.
• Identify and solve issues/problems should they occur.
• Carry out final inspections on civil work completed.
• Attending site design & technical meetings.

Education and Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• Membership of Professional Institution would be an added advantage.
• Safety and ISO certifications - added advantage.

Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years experience in either an engineering consultancy or engineering construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the vehicle and may also be required to perform Order Filler and Checker duties.
• Unload inbound shipments safely and move product to storage locations.
• Efficiently stacking and storing all items in the appropriate areas.
• Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage and report quality issues.
• Pull and prepare items for shipment to other parts of the base where needed, ensuring that the exact number and type of product is loaded and shipped.
• Efficiently move product from staging and/or storage areas into areas where required.
• Load, unload, move, stack, and stage product and materials using a very narrow aisle forklift.
• Maintain the facility’s equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly manner.
• On a daily basis, inspect and perform minor maintenance on the forklift.
• Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods.
• Assist in physical inventories, ensure proper stock rotation, safety, sanitation and security.
• Keep appropriate records and reports to guarantee that tight inventory control and security are maintained.

Education and Qualifications

• Minimum of SSCE Certificate
• Must Possess a valid Forklift Operator Certification and Drivers License

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in operating powered forklifts.

Responsibilities

• Training permanent and casual staff.
• Organising, leading and motivating the operation steam (Cleaners, Chefs, etc.);
• Planning menus in consultation with chefs.
• Costing of menu and portions in consultation with chefs.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar position, preferable within oil and gas camp facilities.
• Proficient with the input of data using stock control software.

• Assist in performing account reconciliations.
• Assist with bank statements reconciliation, as well as accounts payable and receivable.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliation.
• File and scan journal entries.
• Do data entry and credit checks.

Education and Qualifications

• B.Sc / OND in Banking & Financing / Accounting with proven aptitude on accounting understanding of principles & practices.
• Working towards ICAN / ACCA or related courses / certifications.

Experience:

• Minimum of 6 month Experience in Accounting related field.
• Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software (JDE or another full-scale ER software)
