Key Responsibilities

• Prepare budget for the company
• Prepare cash flow for the company and any other duties assigned by the managing director

Qualification / Requirements

• Candidate must possess a good degree in any social science and professional qualification in HR will be required to,among other things.
• At least 2nd class degree / HND, plus professional qualifications in Accounting, will be required to prepare payroll of staff
• 2-5 years in the Nigeria Market.

• Maintain and utilize an effective workforce
• Screen and recruit prospective employees
• Determine the training needs of our clients / staff and able to train others
• Prepare human resources forecasts
• Develop human compensation system and have a deep understanding of laws that affect labour relations

Qualifications
