Human Resource Officer

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and utilize an effective workforce
- Screen and recruit prospective employees
- Determine the training needs of our clients / staff and able to train others
- Prepare human resources forecasts
- Develop human compensation system and have a deep understanding of laws that affect labour relations
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess a good degree in any social science and professional qualification in HR will be required to be among other things.
- At least 2nd class degree, plus professional qualifications in HR.
