SELECTION CRITERIA

• Minimum of OND, NCE, Trade Test or equivalent.
• Interest in building a career in sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Driving experience is of advantage but not compulsory

SCREENING PROCESS

• Intensive Training: A comprehensive 2-day session covering product knowledge and sales strategies, followed by assessments and interviews.
• Field Sales Testing: A two-week evaluation phase with structured sales targets; candidates will be compensated during this period.
• Final Selection: Positions will be offered to top performers who demonstrate strong sales success.
