    Electrical Designer

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking an Electrical Designer skilled in developing and reviewing electrical designs, drawings, and technical documentation for both residential and commercial buildings using relevant design software.

    Job Details

    • Prepare and develop electrical design drawings, layout, and schematics for building projects.

    Structural Engineer

    Job Summary

    • The Structural Engineer will be responsible for designing, analyzing and reviewing structural components of buildings and infrastructure to ensure safety, stability, and compliance with engineering standards.

    Job Details

    • Review existing drawings and check conformity to design standards.
    • Prepare working drawings using Revit/Robot structural software.
    • Ensure all structural designs comply with relevant engineering codes, standards, and safety regulations.

    Mechanical Engineer

    • The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for designing mechanical systems in buildings, ensuring they are efficient, ergonomic, code compliant and meet clients' needs.

    • Bachelor’s degree (or its equivalent) in Quantity Surveying.
    • Minimum of four (4) years hand-on post NYSC experience in quantity surveying with relevant contract and construction management experience.
    • Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and pricing in Nigeria (real estate-focused).
    • Ability to interpret construction drawing and specifications.
    • Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and cost planning.
    • Good contract administration skills (FIDICS,SBDs, local contract forms).
    • Membership of relevant Professional bodies will be an advantage (NIQS)
    • Must be resident in Abuja.

    •  Identify, document, and report non-conformities, defects, and deviations, and track corrective and preventive actions to closure. 
    •  Ensure adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements during inspection activities.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma in Structural Engineering.
    • Minimum of Four (4) years  work experience in site supervision within the construction industry. Membership or certification from relevant professional bodies (COREN, NSE) is an added advantage.
    • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and workmanship standards. 
    • Ability to interpret and review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and specifications. 
    • Excellent inspection, observation, and analytical skills with strong attention to detail. 
    •  Proficiency in technical report writing and documentation. 
    •  Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with site teams and stakeholders.
    •  Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Word, Excel, and reporting tools).
