We are seeking an Electrical Designer skilled in developing and reviewing electrical designs, drawings, and technical documentation for both residential and commercial buildings using relevant design software.
Job Details
Prepare and develop electrical design drawings, layout, and schematics for building projects.
Use of relevant engineering and design software to produce accurate electrical system designs.
Review of electrical plans and specifications to ensure compliance with required standards and regulations.
Support project planning by providing technical input on electrical systems for real estate development.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to electrical designs and system specifications.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree/Higher National Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of four (4) - Five (5) years progressive experience in electrical design preferably in the real estate, construction or engineering sector.
Proficiency in electrical design software such as AutoCAD or other relevant engineering tools.
Good understanding of building electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting systems, and relevant infrastructure.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications and design documents.
Good communication and teamwork skills
High level of attention to details and accuracy in preparing technical designs and documentation.
