Job Summary

• We are seeking an Electrical Designer skilled in developing and reviewing electrical designs, drawings, and technical documentation for both residential and commercial buildings using relevant design software.

Job Details

• Prepare and develop electrical design drawings, layout, and schematics for building projects.
• Use of relevant engineering and design software to produce accurate electrical system designs.
• Review of electrical plans and specifications to ensure compliance with required standards and regulations.
• Support project planning by providing technical input on electrical systems for real estate development. 
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to electrical designs and system specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree/Higher National Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of four (4) - Five (5) years  progressive experience in electrical design preferably in the real estate, construction or engineering sector.
• Proficiency in electrical design software such as AutoCAD or other relevant engineering tools.
• Good understanding of building electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting systems, and relevant infrastructure.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications and design documents.
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• High level of attention to details and accuracy in preparing technical designs and documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
