Job Summary

• The sales and marketing officer will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales, enhance brand presence and maintain strong client relationship.

Job Details

• Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and market share.
• Conducting market research to analyze competitors, identity trends, and discover new business opportunities.
• Creating and managing marketing campaigns, including social media, digital marketing and promotional events.
• Managing client relationships, addressing complaints, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction.  
• Managing client relationships, addressing complaints, negotiating deals and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Monitoring sales performance and preparing reports on campaign effectiveness and sales targets. 
• Collaborating with internal teams, such as media, product managers, and designers to align marketing efforts with company goals.
• Participating in exhibitions, conferences, and networking events to promotes products and services.

Requirements

• Technical proficiency : Familiarity with CRM software, digital marketing tools, and social media platforms.

• Sales reporting and performance tracking.
• B.Sc. in Marketing, Estate Management, Business Administration and other related field.
• 3- 5 years proven work experience in sales and marketing.
