    Customer Experience Associate (Front Desk, Floor Member, Museum Attendant)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring they have a smooth and enjoyable experience.
    • Provide guided tours, explaining exhibits and offerings in an engaging manner.
    • Answer customer inquiries, offering professional and knowledgeable responses.
    • Maintain an interactive and dynamic atmosphere by engaging visitors and creating memorable experiences.
    • Support event setups, workshops, and other interactive sessions as required.
    • Monitor visitor flow and assist in high-traffic areas to ensure operational efficiency.

    Requirements

    • Previous customer-facing experience (hospitality, retail, museum, exhibitions, tourism, or front desk roles).
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to engage with diverse visitors.
    • Passion for technology, business, or innovation, with the ability to explain experiences in a simple, engaging manner.
    • Professional, well-presented, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and special events.

    Preferred Qualifications:

     

    • Background in customer service, hospitality, tourism, or public relations is highly desirable.
    • Fluency in English (additional Nigerian languages is a plus)

    Demo Technician (Technology Experience Guide)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Operate and demonstrate technology displays and interactive exhibits for visitors.
    • Engage customers by explaining product functionalities and guiding them through immersive experiences.
    • Troubleshoot minor technical issues and ensure seamless interaction with digital installations.
    • Provide feedback on user engagement and assist in improving the demonstration experience.
    • Work closely with internal teams to ensure displays are running optimally and updated when needed.
    • Assist in event setups, product launches, and interactive customer engagements.

    Requirements

    • Experience in showrooms, exhibitions, tech retail, or product demonstration roles.
    • Strong technical skills and ability to operate and troubleshoot interactive digital displays.
    • Excellent communication and public-speaking skills.
    • Ability to translate complex technology concepts into simple, engaging experiences.
    • Passion for innovation, digital experiences, and customer engagement.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • A background in IT, engineering, technical support, digital media, or customer experience roles.
    • Familiarity with VR, AR, IoT, and interactive digital displays is an advantage.

    Head of the Innovation Hub

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Experience Centre, ensuring efficient functioning across all departments.
    • Lead and collaborate with key team members, including:
    • Head of Technology and Innovation: Responsible for all technology and innovation activities, ensuring cutting-edge tech solutions and customer support.
    • Head of Programmes: Oversee the design and delivery of top-tier programmes, accelerators, and incubators that meet international standards.
    • Head of Partnerships and Marketing: Develop and manage partnerships and marketing strategies to drive engagement, support businesses, and attract innovative projects to the Centre.
    • Drive operational efficiency, set performance goals, and ensure alignment with the Centre’s mission and vision.
    • Ensure that the Experience Centre offers a seamless customer experience, supported by technology demonstrations and innovation-focused programmes.
    • Coordinate closely with the leadership team to ensure all aspects of the Centre’s operations align with broader organizational goals.

    Requirements

    • 10+ years of experience in a leadership role within the tech ecosystem or a similar industry.
    • Proven leadership experience in managing operational teams in tech or innovation hubs.
    • Extensive knowledge of the tech ecosystem, both in Nigeria and internationally.
    • Strong background in partnerships, with a particular focus on the technology sector.
    • Excellent organizational and people-management skills.
    • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver on ambitious timelines.

    Qualifications:

    • Academic: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field is highly preferred.
    • ​Professional: Certifications in Project Management (PMP , PRINCE2), ITIL, or Business Process Improvement are highly desirable. Proven track record of success in leadership roles within the tech ecosystem is essential.
