    Finance Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Collecting, interpreting, and reviewing financial information
    • Predicting future financial trends
    • Reporting to management and stakeholders, and providing advice on how the company and future business decisions might be impacted
    • Producing financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc.
    • Developing long-term business plans based on these reports
    • Reviewing, monitoring, and managing budgets
    • Developing strategies that work to minimize financial risk
    • Analyzing market trends and competitors.

    Requirements

    • A Degree in Accountancy or Finance / Economics / Mathematics / Business Studies / Management or other related fields
    • Masters Degrees in financial management would also be beneficial for candidates.
    • Evidence of professional training/certification in finance/accounts or related fields is a requirement.
    • Candidate must be within the age bracket 30 - 45 years
    • Relevant experience (6 years - 10 years) as a finance manager.
    • Strong negotiation skill and the ability to develop strong working relationships
    • Commercial and business awareness.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
    • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    IT Support Executive

    Responsibilities

    • Troubleshoot system and network issues in person and/or remotely, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
    • Set up, debug, repair, upgrade, and maintain workstations and laptop computers.
    • Setting up computer hardware, software, and multifunctional printers.
    • Guide end customers through a series of tasks, either in person or over the phone, to assist with system setup or problem resolution.
    • Work directly with vendors to schedule computer hardware repairs.
    • Keep an eye on the LAN infrastructure, which includes access points, routers, and switches.
    • Manage and prioritize assigned cases logged on the ICT helpdesk ticketing system.
    • Any other work or responsibilities that the Firm may allocate to you from time to time.
    • IT-related oversight and technical help to head office and branch staff
    • Ensure that computers are properly maintained.
    • Support ICT Manager to ensure that the organization's IT practices comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
    • Work with ICT Manager to maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, which includes hardware, software, networks, and systems.
    • Also ensuring that the infrastructure is well-maintained, secure, and up-to-date.
    • Provide technical support to employees or users who encounter IT-related issues or difficulties.
    • Troubleshoot problems, resolve hardware and software malfunctions and provide guidance on how to use various technologies effectively.
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
    • Support the establishment of guidelines for the use of technology resources, data protection, software licensing, and acceptable use of networks and systems.

    Job Specification

    • Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Computer Science and its equivalent.
    • 1 - 3 years of experience
    • A thorough knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software; and experience in implementing, operating, and maintaining them
    • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to offer technical help using plain, easy-to-understand language.
