    China Business Associate (Chinese Indigene)

    ​​​​​​RESPONSIBILITIES

    • The China Business Associate is responsible for attracting Chinese investment to Rendeavour cities, with a focus on Nigeria and Ghana.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Business development to raise Rendeavour’s profile through meetings and other interaction with relevant Chinese companies.
    • Organising and attending roadshows in China to pitch investments in Africa.
    • Establishing mutually beneficial relationships (MOUs) with Chinese national and provincial business associations and chambers of commerce.
    • Representing Rendeavour at relevant conferences and events to source for leads.
    • Formulating and executing China business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
    • Obtaining and building databases of Chinese companies to target and recording interaction with them in the company CRM.

    • Translating  Chinese language  to English and vice versa.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Native Chinese speaker with at least three years’ experience living and working in Africa.

    Landscape Draftsman

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Landscape Drafting & Technical Drawings

    • Prepare detailed landscape drawings including:
    • Master plans and layout plans
    • Planting plans and schedules
    • Hardscape and softscape details
    • Sections, elevations, and setting-out drawings
    • Produce construction-ready drawings suitable for site execution.
    • Update and revise drawings based on design development, site conditions, and management feedback.
    • Prepare and maintain as-built drawings.

    Design Visualization & Illustration (Expectation)

    Requirements

    Education

    Diploma or Degree in:

    Experience

    Irrigation & Landscape Operations Specialist

    Requirements

    Irrigation Design & Management

    • Design, review, and optimize irrigation systems (drip, sprinkler, sub-surface, smart irrigation, etc.) All over Alaro City.
    • Prepare irrigation layouts, zones, hydraulic calculations, and system specifications.
    • Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of irrigation systems.
