    Software Quality Assurance - Senior

    Job Summary

    • SeamlessHR is a rapidly growing SaaS company that helps businesses in emerging markets optimize their human resources to become more productive and successful. Our mission is to build a healthy unicorn. We are embarking on an ambitious and exciting growth strategy which will lead to a significant transformation of the business and you will play a significant role in this journey. We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer, who will assess the quality of our software through manual and automated testing. Find and report bugs and glitches so that they’re squashed and our users have a smooth experience with our products.

    Responsibilities

    • Must have 5 years of relevant experience.
    • Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
    • Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
    • Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
    • Design, develop and execute automation scripts using automation tools.
    • Identify, meticulously document, and track bugs.
    • Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
    • Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs.
    • Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements.
    • Monitor debugging process results.
    • Track quality assurance metrics like Defect Densities and Open Defect Counts.
    • Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.
    • Proficiency in developing and managing Test Plan documents.
    • Ability to manage test documents using test case management tools such as TestRail and Reqtest.
    • Adequate knowledge of Software and Test Development Lifecycle.
    • In-depth understanding of software testing methods.
    • Efficient use of project management tools for test and bug reports.
    • Ability to run load and performance tests such as Jmeter and HP LoadRunner.
    • Manage to test web-based services and mobile applications.
    • Manage GUI and API tests.
    • Knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript or Python.

    • Programming; Efficient programming skills to write computer code and scripts in common computer languages.
    • Analytical skills; Analytically examine bug reports, prioritize necessary tests, and streamline application functions through automated testing processes.
    • Problem-solving skills; Ability to use their problem-solving skills to find bugs and create fixes for them
    • Attention to detail; Test web and mobile applications to find ways to improve them and isolate problems, these professionals are highly detail-oriented.
    • Effective Communicator; Strong verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with the engineering team and create written reports showing errors and testing plans.

    Relationship Manager (Embedded Finance)

    Job Summary

    • The Relationship Manager (Embedded Finance) at SeamlessHR, you will play a critical role in driving the adoption of our embedded finance solutions. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and leading sales efforts to embed SeamlessHR’s financial products into enterprise ecosystems. This role is ideal for a seasoned B2B sales professional with experience in fintech, embedded finance, banking, or SaaS sales, particularly within corporate and mid-market segments.

    Job Details

    • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a sales strategy for embedded finance solutions, ensuring revenue targets are met or exceeded.
    • Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on opportunities within industries such as HR tech, payroll services, fintech, banking, insurance, and enterprise software.
    • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and key stakeholders in target organizations.
    • Product Consultation & Demonstration: Lead consultative sales engagements, demonstrating how SeamlessHR’s embedded finance solutions can drive value for businesses.
    • Negotiation & Deal Closure: Manage the entire sales cycle, including proposal development, contract negotiations, and closing deals.
    • Market Intelligence: Analyze industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to refine sales strategies.
    • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment between sales efforts and customer needs.
    • Undertake ad hoc duties as agreed

    Requirements

    • HND/bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
    • Experience: 4-6 years in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in fintech, embedded finance, payroll lending, or financial services sales.
    • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of embedded finance, digital payments, lending solutions, payroll financing, and financial SaaS.
    • Skills: Proven ability to build high-value client relationships, negotiate complex deals, and drive revenue growth.
    • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with SaaS, financial APIs, and embedded finance technologies is a plus.
    • Mindset: Goal-oriented, adaptable, analytical, and self-driven.
