    Mechanical Maintenance Lead

    • Lead mechanical maintenance strategies to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective power plant operations.
    • Lead maintenance of GT, BOP, and auxiliary mechanical systems. Optimize MTBF and MTTR through proactive and predictive maintenance.
    • Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance planning and execution.
    • Manage vendors, budget, procurement, spares, and resources.
    • Ensure team development, reporting, and QHSE compliance.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree / HND in Mechanical Engineering
    • 7+ years experience, including supervisory role
    • COREN.

    Instrumentation & Control Lead

    • Lead control, automation, and instrumentation maintenance to ensure reliable and accurate power plant performance.
    • Lead maintenance of GT, BOP, and auxiliary I&C systems.

    Electrical Technician

    • Install, operate, maintain, and repair electrical equipment and controls for reliable and safe power generation.
    • Maintain circuit breakers, transformers, generators, and electrical panels.
    • Carry out daily and weekly electrical maintenance routines.
    • Support timely resolution of electrical trouble memos.
    • Ensure availability of electrical spares and maintenance infrastructure.
    • Follow permit-to-work procedures, safety protocols, and proper documentation.

    Requirements:

    • National Diploma in Electrical / Electronics or Trade Test
    • 0-3 years experience

    Mechanical Technician

    • Maintain, repair, and service mechanical equipment for safe, efficient, and reliable plant operations.
    • Support inspections and maintenance of pumps, compressors, turbines, and fans. Assist with cleaning, inspection, and overhaul of static equipment.
    • Perform routine lubrication and basic troubleshooting under supervision.
    • Help maintain tools, parts inventory, and maintenance records.
    • Identify faults and follow safety procedures, including LOTO.

    Requirements:

    • National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Trade Test 
    • 2-5 years experience

    Instrumentation & Control Technician

    • Install, calibrate, troubleshoot, and maintain instrumentation and control systems for reliable plant operations.
    • Work with sensors, transmitters, actuators, and control loops.
    • Read process diagrams and calibrate simple instruments.
    • Use multimeters and insulation testers under supervision.
    • Support spares checks and resolve assigned trouble memos.
    • Follow safety, quality, and routine maintenance procedures.

    Requirements:

    • National Diploma in Electrical / Electronics or Trade Test 
    • 2-5 years experience

    Operator

    • Monitor, control, and operate plant equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous power production.
    • Operate rotating, static, and auxiliary plant equipment.
    • Control power-generating equipment using control boards or semi-automatic systems. Respond to readings from charts, meters, and gauges and support preventive and corrective actions.
    • Start or shut down auxiliary units and follow valve and switch operating sequences, including black start awareness.
    • Record operational data, logs, and reports and support parts, tools, and task documentation.

    Requirements

    • Technical qualification in Engineering or related discipline 
    • Plant operations experience is an advantage 
    • Strong safety awareness.
