Electrical Maintenance Lead
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND , Professional Certificate
- Experience 5 - 12 years
- Location Rivers
- Job Field Engineering / Technical
- Lead all electrical maintenance activities to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient power plant operations.
- Oversee all electrical systems and ensure high plant availability.
- Drive preventive and corrective maintenance, MTBF and MTTR improvements.
- Supervise team performance, training, and resource planning.
- Manage vendors, procurement needs, tools, and spares.
- Ensure full QHSE compliance and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- B.Eng/HND/MBA/M.Eng in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 5-12 years experience
- COREN / NSE / CMRP / PMP is an advantage
