Mechanical Maintenance Lead
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND , Professional Certificate
- Experience 7 years
- Location Rivers
- Job Field Engineering / Technical
- Lead mechanical maintenance strategies to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective power plant operations.
- Lead maintenance of GT, BOP, and auxiliary mechanical systems. Optimize MTBF and MTTR through proactive and predictive maintenance.
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance planning and execution.
- Manage vendors, budget, procurement, spares, and resources.
- Ensure team development, reporting, and QHSE compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree / HND in Mechanical Engineering
- 7+ years experience, including supervisory role
- COREN.
