    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and maintain ERP systems and IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations, minimal downtime, and effective technical support across all locations.
    • Develop, customize, and implement software solutions to automate processes, improve efficiency, and support business operations.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications in ERP, networking, or software development are an added advantage.
    • Experience in software development, customization, and process automation, with the ability to optimize workflows across multiple locations.
    • Proven experience in ERP Management & Support, IT infrastructure and hardware maintenance, with the ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot servers, network devices etc
