• Oversee multiple store operations to ensure consistent service quality, operational efficiency, and achievement of sales targets across all locations.
• Lead and manage large teams across various branches, providing guidance, training, and performance monitoring to drive staff productivity and engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or any related field. A Master’s degree (MBA) is an added advantage.
• Professional certifications such as CIPM, NIM, or related management/operations certifications are beneficial.
• Proven experience managing multiple stores across different locations, ensuring operational consistency and performance.
• Must be hands-on and proactive, with a strong focus on maintaining and improving customer satisfaction across all stores.
• Excellent customer service orientation, ensuring customers receive quality support, prompt attention, and an overall pleasant in-store experience
