    Customer Service Officer

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction at all touchpoints.
    • Support internal processes by maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, reporting trends, and collaborating with other departments to improve service delivery.

    Requirements

    • OND/HND in relevant field.
    • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in retail, FMCG, or related sectors.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
    • Ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
    • Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, or relevant customer service software is a plus.
