    Human Resources Executive / Officer

    Job Brief

    • We are looking for a skilled HR Executive who will recruit, support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures.
    • You will be responsible for administrative tasks and you'll contribute to making the company a better place to work.
    • The goal will be to provide excellent assistance and support to employees and managers.

    Responsibilities

    • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems and provide counseling on policies and procedures.
    • Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
    • Create and implement effective onboarding plans, develop training and development programs and assist in performance management processes.
    • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
    • Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
    • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.

    Requirements and Skills

    • A graduate in a relevant field. HR credentials and certifications a plus
    • Proven experience as HR officer/executive or other HR position
    • Knowledge of HR functions (pay and benefits, recruitment, training etc.
    • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
    • Proficient in MS office, Excel, google work sheets, knowledge of HRMS is a plus.
    • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
    • Strong ethics and reliability.

    Personal Assistant

    Job Brief

    • We are looking to hire a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support for a Pastor in a well-organized and timely manner.
    • You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to the Pastor’s working life and communication.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Act as the point of contact between the Pastor and internal/external clients.
    • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
    • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments

    Requirements and skills

    • B. Sc Degree in English (2:1) from a reputable institution.
    • At least 3 years relevant work experience.
    • Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant.
    • Ability to transcribe and take good notes.
    • Excellent note taking skills.

    Engineer / Builder

    Job Responsibilities

    • Must be able to interpret all engineering drawings (Structural, M & E) and Architectural Design for Physical Implementation managing parts of construction projects.
    • Overseeing building work.
    • Undertaking surveys.
    • Setting out sites (Buildings and Road work).
    • Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly supervising contracted staff.
    • Ensuring project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets and/or timescales.
    • Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff, especially quantity surveyors and the overall project manager.
    • Providing technical advice and solving problems on site.
    • Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork.
    • Liaising with quantity surveyors about the ordering and the pricing of materials.
    • Ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to.
    • Site engineers work out on a construction site in all weathers and tend to work on multiple projects at a time.
    • Depending on the location of the project, they might need to relocate or complete a lengthy commute.
    • Must be able to use AutoCAD and other software for design.

    Requirements and skills

    • Bachelor's Degree or HND in civil or structural engineering, construction, building, or related field.
    • Considerable experience in a similar position.
    • In-depth knowledge of engineering, technology, building, construction, and design.
    • Proficient in the use of computer-aided design (CAD) software.
    • Familiar with scientific analysis software as well as graphics and map creation software.
    • Proven track record of managing personnel and material resources.
    • Exemplary critical thinking, analytical, and complex problem-solving skills.
    • Strong time management and project management skills.
    • Active listening and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to use the scientific process to solve problems.
    • Dedication to learning new concepts and strategies.
