    Human Resource Compliance Officer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Ensure factory compliance with internal policies (e.g., employee codes of conduct, payroll laws, health & safety standards).
    • Investigate and resolve employee grievances, disputes, and regulatory complaints.
    • Liaise with government agencies, unions, and external auditors for compliance checks.
    • Conduct regular compliance audits and prepare reports for management.
    • Train factory staff on labour laws, safety protocols, and ethical workplace practices

    Requirements

    • B.Sc/HND in Human Resources, Law, Industrial Relations, or related fields
    • Minimum of 5 years experience in factory/plant compliance, ensuring adherence to labour laws, occupational safety (HSE), and industrial regulations in a manufacturing environment.
    • Familiarity with Nigerian labour laws, factory acts, and regulatory bodies (e.g., Ministry of Labour, OSHA, PENCOM, ITF).
    • Proximity to the location is key.

    Payroll Officer

    Requirements

    • HND / B.Sc in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields
    • Minimum 5 years of hands-on payroll experience, preferably in manufacturing, factory, or FMCG environments with large workforces (200+ employees).
    • Proven track record of processing factory payrolls (shift workers, overtime, allowances, bonuses).
    • Familiarity with Nigerian payroll regulations
    • Experience with timesheet management (manual/electronic) for factory workers
    • Advanced Excel skills.
    • Proximity to the location is key.

    Sales Executive

    Overall Purpose of the Job

    • To provide high-level supervision of all civil and structural engineering construction, installation, and commissioning activities. 
    • The role ensures quality control, safety compliance, cost effectiveness, and timely delivery of greenfield and brownfield projects in line with The Company’s objectives and industry best practices.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Supervise project sites and manage contractors to ensure compliance with contract documents, specifications, and safety regulations.
    • Scope, review, and support Request for Quotations (RFQs).
    • Review contractor manpower and resource deployment; monitor execution against approved schedules.
    • Collaborate with the design team to resolve field and engineering design conflicts.
    • Visit off-site fabrication yards to ensure material compliance with project specs.
    • Enforce HSE policies and conduct site safety inspections and risk mitigation.
    • Review and approve quality plans, test plans, concrete mix designs, and contractor work procedures.
    • Verify final bill of quantities and assess interim/final accounts.
    • Attend and contribute to progress meetings with contractors; prepare regular reports (weekly, monthly, cost, QA/QC, etc.).
    • Witness and document quality-related tests.
    • Verify and certify red mark-up drawings and final as-built documentation.
    • Mentor junior civil engineers to foster growth and competency within the organization.

    Experience & Qualifications

    • B.Sc or HND in Civil Engineering.
    • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in the oil & gas sector.
    • COREN registered (or eligible for registration).
    • Proven track record in civil field engineering and construction supervision.
    • Experience in quality control documentation, planning, and execution.
    • Familiarity with industry regulations and local statutory bodies (e.g., DPR, NPDC).

    Required Skills:

    • Strong supervisory and site management capabilities.
    • Deep understanding of civil engineering codes and practices.
    • Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and construction plans.
    • Excellent knowledge of QA/QC and HSE systems.
    • Good communication, leadership, mentoring, and team collaboration skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in remote, harsh, or swampy field locations.
    • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
    • Skilled in project scoping, reporting, and contractor management.

    Account Assistant

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in the management and oversight of the company's bank accounts.
    • Reconcile bank Payment Vouchers with internal accounting records of bank payments on a regular basis.
    • Ensure the accurate recording of all deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
    • Manage petty cash and process related payment vouchers.
    • Prepare payment vouchers for suppliers, contractors, and other third parties under supervision.
    • Assist in managing receipts and ensuring proper documentation of all financial transactions.
    • Support communication with banks to help resolve any discrepancies or issues.
    • Assist in the preparation of basic financial statements, including supporting schedules.
    • Maintain accurate records of company expenditures, receipts, and income.
    • Track and process invoices and receipts from customers and suppliers.
    • Provide support during month-end and year-end closing procedures.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by the Finance Manager or senior accounting staff.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • A minimum of 2–3 years of experience in accounting or banking. Experience within a trading industry.
    • Basic knowledge of accounting software and tools (experience with ERP Navision is mandatory..
    • Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office tools.
    • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
    • Ability to work effectively under supervision and meet deadlines.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

    Mechanical Engineer

    Responsibility

    • Maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, commissioning, and substitute of mechanical or piping equipment within the Gas Engine Generators as well as its additional systems such as gas engine, pipeline, pressure pipe, ACMVs, lube oil and coolant pumps arrangement.

    Requirements

    • Must Have 4 Years Experience as Mechanical Engineer in power generation - Gas engine generators - Wartsila, Jenbacher, Cummins.
