    HSE Officer (Oil and Gas)

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct regular risk assessments and inspections to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
    • Support the implementation of the Group’s HSE policies in relation to the goal zero incident targets and objectives.
    • Conduct daily toolbox meetings, before commencement of work
    • Reports Near misses, accidents, (and ensures investigations), and send report to appropriate authorities.
    • Documents HSE meeting minutes and track action points for prompt close-out.
    • Ensure PPE compliance on site.
    • Ensures compliance to applicable Permit to Work (PTW) system on site
    • Participate in drills to test the preparedness of the workers for HSE emergencies at sites and Report observations for close-out.
    • Submit to HSE Supervisor weekly HSE statistics for corporate monthly compilation and publication

    Qualifications

    • Candidate should possess a B.Sc or HND
    • A minimum of two (2) years HSE working experience in Oil and Gas Industry
    • Professional certification in health and safety
    • MUST have Offshore HSE Experience
    • Experience in Offshore construction, Installation, Pre-commissioning and Commissioning in an Oil and Gas Exploration and Production Industry

    Job Responsibilities

    Bid and Tender Administrator (Oil and Gas)

    Requirements and Responsibilities

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role in Oil and Gas Sector
    • Taking an ownership role in all bids - Work with the Bid Team to create, review and edit bid documents/presentations to meet specified evaluation criteria.
    • Experienced in preparing Bids for IOCs, consortium bids and marginal field operators
    • Handles Nipex NJQS, NCDMB and other clients’ vendors portals, also checking National dailies for tender adverts as they relate to the company and advise management.
    • Upload and submit bid documentation via tender portals and monitor portals for tender outcomes
    • Maintain all tendering/response portals with up-to-date company information/documents.
    • Track bids won under the procurement framework to support business planning.
