    HR Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
    • Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
    • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and employee engagement initiatives.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws, aviation industry regulations, and company policies.
    • Plan and oversee training and development programs for employees.
    • Implement performance appraisal processes and provide guidance on performance improvement.
    • Administer employee benefit programs and ensure accurate record-keeping.
    • Knowledge of union dynamics and experience in dealing with unionized workforces is an added advantage.
    • Develop and update HR policies and procedures to reflect industry best practices.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
    • Minimum of 10 years' experience as HR Generalist with a minimum of 2 years experience in an Aviation industry.
    • MBA or MSc. with HR professional certification is mandatory. E.g., CIPM, SPHRi, etc.
    • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
    • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
    • Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
    • Excellent active listening, negotiation, presentation, and problemsolving skills
    • Must be peopleoriented, resultsdriven, proactive, creative, empathetic, and patient.
    • Knowledge of relevant labor, health, and safety laws and HR best practices.
    • Strong use of HR tools and systems.
    • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.

    Assistant Marketing Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Assist in the development of comprehensive marketing strategies and plans for our pharmaceutical products, including product positioning, pricing, and promotion.
    • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, advertising, and product launches, to maximize product visibility and sales.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Use data-driven insights to make informed marketing decisions.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and regulatory affairs, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
    • Create compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and online content, to support product promotion.

    • Must have a minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience working in a similar role
    • Strong product knowledge and the ability to convey complex medical information clearly.
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

    Engineering Maintenance Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Handling entire engineering activities in shift to ensure uninterrupted services to production
    • Maintenance of daily report of shift working
    • Maintenance of history cards of equipment
    • Preventive and breakdown maintenance of equipment
    • Working as electrician
    • Operational
    • Ensuring that engineering operation do not have adverse impact on product quality and good manufacturing practice (GMP) is addressed.
    • Ensuring safety in engineering operation

    Requirements

    • Experience in Production and Manufacturing Industry is a must

    Sales Superintendent Pharmacist

    Responsibilities

    • Formulates strategies and establishes protocols to ensure adherence to regulatory mandates.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of B.Pharm
    • Minimum of 4-5 years’ experience in a pharmaceutical sales
    • Excellent communication Skills
    • Good negotiation and relationship management skills.

    Superintendent Pharmacist

    Responsibilities

    • Overseeing the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
    • Maintaining proper inventory control and managing medication stock levels to meet patient needs
    • Providing clinical guidance to pharmacists and pharmacy technicians, ensuring the safe and accurate dispensing of medications
    • Developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and medication safety
    • Collaborating with healthcare professionals, including physicians and nurses, to optimize patient outcomes

    Requirements
