We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Executivefor a client in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving company growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives. The Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and achieving revenue targets.
Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and presentations for potential clients.
Drive the sales process from lead generation to closing, negotiating contracts and terms as necessary.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for growth and development.
Develop and implement strategic plans to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to senior management.
Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and initiatives, making adjustments as needed to optimize results.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles, with a minimum of 6 years of experience.
Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with clients.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and colleagues.
Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-driven approach to achieving targets and objectives.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong time management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software; experience with Salesforce is a plus.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend events.
