    Key Account Manager

    Job Responsibilities

    • Process all inventory to be shipped and coming to the organization. 
    • Organize materials shipped to the warehouse according to picking list, item number, lot number and quantity.
    • Participate in and ensuring accuracy of stock count related activities.
    • Measures the speed and accuracy of placing received items into their designated storage locations
    • Measures the percentage of customer orders fulfilled completely from available inventory
    • Follow strictly all SC procedures with respect to pick and pack activities
    • Ensure each line item of goods is picked accurately, the correct item in the correct quantity
    • Assembling daily orders, filling out packing and order forms by shipping location; maintain a list of all inventories needed and provide them to shippers and movers as required.

    Requirement

    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in key account management or a similar role.
    • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and market dynamics.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
    • Strategic thinking and the ability to contribute to long-term planning.

    Procurement Associate

    Job Overview

    • We are looking for a Procurement Associate who is analytical, team-oriented, well-organized, self-motivated, and experienced in pharmaceutical procurement. You will play a crucial role in assisting to optimizing the procurement process at Lifestores to ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of products. Your primary responsibility will be to support the procurement team in sourcing, negotiating and coordinating the procurement activities while adhering to industry regulations and quality standards. 

    Job Responsibilities 

    • Prioritizing, sourcing, negotiating SLAs with engaging and onboarding new suppliers
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand the procurement needs and requirements of customers 
    • Maintaining strong relations with existing suppliers 
    • Conducting demand/ reorder planning, negotiating for improved Items 
    • Assisting in sourcing, evaluating and selection of suppliers/vendors based on quality, cost, delivery 
    • Following up on orders sent to suppliers to ensure on-time delivery 
    • Ensuring full availability of products, securing promotional discounts from suppliers 
    • Conducting price reviews 
    • Updating the OGA Pharmacy formulary list and ensuring new products are updated on Pharm IQ 
    • Collecting and analyzing procurement data, identifying trends, patterns, and areas for improvement 
    • Securing special orders and tracking supplier performance and using the data to improve performance 
    • You will work collaboratively with other team members to ensure that deliverables are actualized 
    • You will also support with other supply chain initiatives 

    Requirement

    • Bachelor’s degree in Sciences, Pharmacology, business administration or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years proven experience in procurement or supply chain management within the pharmaceutical industry is preferred
    • Sound knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and regulatory requirements specific to the pharmaceutical industry
    • Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
    • Excellent communicator, both written and verbally with strong attention to details
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Strong organizational and project management skills

    B2B Medical Sales Representative

    Job Responsibilities

    • Strategically increase the awareness of the OGApharmacy a subsidiary of Lifestores Healthcare platform in your territory; Ibadan & Abeokuta
    • Manage all sales activities and rapidly grow the number of pharmacies, clinics, and hospitals participating in the OGApharmacy marketplace, as well as increase the average Gross Merchandise Value (GMV)
    • Familiarise buyers with the ERP, PharmIQ; 
    • Ensure monthly sales targets are met or exceeded. 
    • Give sales pitch to prospective individuals & groups within the healthcare industry and work collaboratively with other team members
    • Develop customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty
    • Collaborate with other team members to grow the number of pharmacies, clinics, and hospitals participating in the OGApharmacy marketplaces.

    Requirement

    • Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy, Microbiology, , or a related field.
    • 2-4 years as a Medical Sales Rep or Pharma sales Industry experience.
    • Proven track record in driving and exceeding sales.
    • Functional Knowledge of and exposure to sales in Ibadan & Abeokuta State.
    • Proficient in the use of MS Excel, Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strategic thinking and the ability to contribute to long-term planning.
