    Superintendent Pharmacist

    Responsibilities

    • Overseeing the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
    • Maintaining proper inventory control and managing medication stock levels to meet patient needs
    • Providing clinical guidance to pharmacists and pharmacy technicians, ensuring the safe and accurate dispensing of medications
    • Developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and medication safety
    • Collaborating with healthcare professionals, including physicians and nurses, to optimize patient outcomes
    • Ensuring the pharmacy is properly staffed and trained to deliver high-quality pharmaceutical services
    • Reviewing and approving medication orders, ensuring accuracy of dosage and proper patient instructions
    • Monitoring and evaluating the performance of pharmacy staff, providing feedback and coaching as needed
    • Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in pharmaceutical care and regulatory requirements
    • Participating in pharmacy management meetings and contributing to strategic planning and goal-setting
    • Resolving any customer and employee issues or concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner
    • Maintaining records and documentation, including medication records, employee training records, and regulatory compliance documentation
    • Performing any other duties as assigned by the pharmacy owner or management team.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of M.Pharm
    • Must be a licensed Pharmacist
    • 7 - 9 years’ experience in production
    • Excellent communication Skills
