Coordinate the outsourcing of HR functions such as recruitment, benefits administration advisory, and advice on employee training to external Clients.
Collaborate with internal HR teams to define outsourcing needs, requirements, and expectations.
Negotiate contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) with outsourcing Clients, ensuring alignment with company objectives and budgetary constraints.
Monitor and track Client’s performance against SLAs, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
Manage the onboarding process for new outsourcing Clients, including providing necessary documentation and training.
Prepare regular reports and updates for management on outsourcing activities, performance metrics, and cost analysis.
Qualifications:
BSc or HND in human resources, business administration, or related field.
Previous experience in HR outsourcing coordination or related roles is preferred.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.
Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHRI, CIPM) is a plus.
