• We're seeking an experienced Head of Verification to lead our verification team and ensure the highest standards of verification and compliance in our client's workforce.

Responsibilities

• As Head of Verification, you will oversee the verification process for our clients' employees, contractors, and vendors, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the verification team and providing guidance and support
• Developing and implementing effective verification processes and procedures
• Conducting thorough background checks, reference checks, and identity verification
• Collaborating with clients to understand their specific verification needs
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Analyzing verification metrics and optimizing processes for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., HR, Business Administration, or Law)
• 5 - 7 years of experience in verification, HR, or a related field
• Proven leadership experience in managing high-performing teams
• Strong knowledge of verification processes, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
