    Head of Media

    Responsibilities:

    • Plan and execute media campaigns for several platforms.
    • Build long-term relationships with media influencers to promote our company/brand.
    • Lead the media team in all projects and campaigns.
    • Keep abreast of design and advertising trends.
    • Responsible for all forms of content creation and graphic designs.
    • Use analytics to improve advertising strategies.
    • Understand company’s expectations and liaise with team members to ensure satisfaction.

    Requirements:

    • B.sc in Marketing, media communication, or relevant field.
    • Proven 3-5years work experience as Head of media department or similar role
    • Knowledge of different types of media channels.
    • Familiarity with digital marketing, videography and photography.

    • Excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage a team and combine data
    • Strong decision-making skills
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Prior leadership position would be advantageous.

    Technical Applications and Data Engineer

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Working knowledge of Operations and Drillings Technical hardware and software (Kappa, Osisoft PI, and Landmark EDM) installation is an added advantage.
    • Understanding and efficient use of Semantic Backup exec and other third-party backup software is crucial.
    • Knowledge in Office 365 Development (Microsoft outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Automate, Power Apps) is necessary for this role.
    • Understanding of VPN technologies is a must.
    • Ability to install, configure and manage HP hardware servers and Microsoft servers operating systems.
    • Understanding of the principles of Microsoft Azure cloud storage.

    Training and Development Lead

    Job Summary:

    • The Training and Development Head is responsible for improving the productivity of the organization's employees.
    • This position assesses company-wide developmental needs to drive training initiatives and identifies and arranges suitable training solutions for employees.
    • This position actively searches, creatively designs and implements effective methods to educate, enhance, and recognize performance.

    DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Conducts annual training and development needs assessment.
    • Develops training and development programs and objectives.
    • Administers spending against the departmental budget.
    • Obtains and /or develops effective training materials utilizing a variety of media.
    • Trains and coaches managers, supervisors, and others involved in employee development efforts.
    • Plans, organizes, facilitates, and orders supplies for employee development and training events.
    • Develops and maintains organizational communications such as intranet bulletin boards and newsletters to ensure employees have knowledge of training and development events and resources.
    • Conducts follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results.
    • Source for facilitators for different industries for clients and in-house.
    • Modifies programs as needed.
    • Exemplifies the desired culture and philosophies of the organization.
    • Works effectively with team members and other members of management and the HR staff.

    REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

    • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field (master’s degree is preferred)
    • 3-5 years of experience in Training and Development, Coaching, Management, or HR
    • First-hand experience in providing business development training
    • Excellent interpersonal, and leadership skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong presentation skills.
    • Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
    • Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
    • Ability to design and implement effective training and development.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Regularly conduct retail outlet audits to study market share movements and track market share.
