    Head of IT

    Job Overview:

    • The Head of IT for a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) is responsible for the management and oversight of all information technology operations within the company.
    • This role involves planning, directing, and coordinating the implementation of IT strategies to ensure the effective delivery of technology services and solutions that align with the business goals of the QSR.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Develop and implement IT strategies and systems:

    • Design and develop a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with the overall business strategy of the QSR
    • Evaluate and identify new technologies and software that can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the IT systems
    • Establish and implement IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure the security and integrity of the QSR's data and systems

    Oversee IT operations:

    • Supervise the IT team to ensure they perform their roles efficiently and effectively
    • Manage and maintain the QSR's network and infrastructure to ensure they meet the business needs
    • Monitor the performance of the IT systems and infrastructure, and identify areas for improvement
    • Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans for the QSR's IT systems

    • Ensure IT projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standard

    Ensure the security of the QSR's IT systems:

    • Develop and implement IT security policies and procedures to protect the QSR's data and systems from internal and external threats
    • Conduct regular security audits to identify vulnerabilities in the QSR's IT systems
    • Ensure that all IT staff are trained in security best practices

    Manage IT vendor relationships:

    • Negotiate contracts with IT vendors, ensuring that the QSR receives the best value for money
    • Manage relationships with IT vendors, ensuring that they deliver their services in accordance with the agreed terms and conditions
    • Ensure that IT vendors comply with the QSR's IT policies and procedures

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
    • 5+ years of experience in IT management, preferably in the QSR industry
    • Strong knowledge of IT systems, including networking, hardware, and software
    • Experience managing IT projects and budgets
    • Strong leadership and team management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Knowledge of IT security best practices

    Senior Audit Manager / Head of Internal Audit

    JOB BRIEF:

    • He/she will be responsible for overseeing internal operating controls, processes and practices.
    • He/she will schedule and plan audits; track the cash flow and accounts of the organization to ensure that they are being recorded and processed correctly, that assets are protected through appropriate control measures and that financial records meet legal standards, assess risk and develop audit direction.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Performs preliminary planning and establishes direction for audits, provides leadership to assigned auditors by reviewing their works and providing guidance, managing project to quality outcomes, while meeting established time budgets.
    • Prepare an audit plan for every operation and develop a schedule to conduct audits every year for the organization.
