Job Description

• As a Restaurant Manager, you will take a variety of responsibilities and duties such as restaurant marketing strategies, overseeing food quality and serving restaurant customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the entire restaurant operation.
• Deliver superior customers services.
• Ensuring customers satisfaction.
• Plan and develop customers loyalty programs.
• Plan and develop the overall restaurant marketing strategy.
• Respond efficiently to customer questions and complaints.
• Organize and supervise shifts.
• Manage and lead staff.
• Training and evaluate staff performance.
• Estimate consumption, forecast requirements and maintain inventory.
• Manage restaurant supplies
• Control costs and minimize waste
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Monitor operations and initiate corrective actions
• Implement innovative strategies to improve productivity and sales

Requirements and Qualifications

• BSC or HND holder in any field
• Experience as a customer service personnel
• Experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role is an added advantage
• Extensive food knowledge
• Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
• Good financial management skills
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
