    Pharmacy Technician

    About the Role:

    • We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our team.
    • In this role, you will play a crucial part in medication dispensing, customer service, and pharmacy operations.
    • Success in this position means ensuring accurate and efficient prescription processing, delivering exceptional patient care, and maintaining compliance with pharmacy regulations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Preparing and dispensing prescription medications accurately.
    • Manage and organize inventory, including ordering, stocking, and verifying shipments.
    • Process insurance claims and handle patient billing inquiries.
    • Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing patient concerns.
    • Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
    • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, compiling requisitions, and managing pharmacy workflow.

    Qualifications:

    • Certified Pharmacy Technician
    • Prior experience in a retail, hospital, or clinical pharmacy setting is preferred.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in medication handling.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in pharmacy software and systems.
    • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

    Front Desk Staff

    Role Summary:

    • We're seeking a professional Front Desk Officer to be the welcoming face of our medical centre.
    • This pivotal role combines administrative excellence with patient care coordination, particularly for our HMO patients. Success means ensuring seamless operations, accurate records management, and exceptional service that reflects our commitment to quality healthcare.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the first contact point for all patients and visitors
    • Efficiently manage patient medical records with strict confidentiality
    • Handle all incoming/outgoing communications (calls, emails, messages)
    • Process patient billing and payments accurately
    • Schedule and coordinate patient appointments
    • Specialized HMO Patient Management:
    • Verify HMO patient eligibility and coverage
    • Process HMO authorizations and documentation
    • Serve as liaison between HMO providers and clinical staff
    • Maintain updated HMO guidelines and requirements
    • Maintain organized front desk operations and supplies

    Requirements:

    • BSc/HND/OND in any discipline
    • 2-3 years front office experience (healthcare preferred)
    • Proficiency in Google Workspace and healthcare software
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Working knowledge of HMO operations (advantageous)
    • Professional, patient-centric attitude
