    Talent Acquisition Specialist

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for stellar HR Generalists to join the People and Culture Team! You will be a key driver in championing.
    • HR initiatives and providing strategic support across various functions.
    • You will work closely with leadership to enhance employee engagement, and talent development, and ensure the alignment of HR practices with business objectives.

    Job Details

    Talent Acquisition:

    • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs for assigned departments.
    • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
    • Interview, and assess candidates to ensure the selection of top-tier talent.
    • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
    • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
    • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
    • Work with managers to develop and execute performance improvement plans.
    • Ensure HR practices align with industry best practices and compliance standards. 
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. 
    • Manage employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters.
    • Contribute to the creation and updating of HR policies and procedures.

    Functional/Technical:

    • 5-8 years of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
    • In-depth knowledge of HR functions, employment laws, and industry best practices.
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    • Proven capacity to adapt to changes, pivot quickly, and manage competing priorities effectively.
    • Ability to effectively communicate complex HR concepts to diverse audiences.
    • Comfort and familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other HR-related technologies.
    • Ability to leverage technology for efficient HR processes and data-driven decision-making.
    • Committed to continuous learning and staying abreast of emerging trends and innovations in HR practices.

    Backend Developer - Laravel

    Job Summary

    • Your responsibilities will be as those of a Backend Developer.

    Job Details

    • Develop, record and maintain cutting edge web-based PHP applications on portal plus premium service platforms
    • Build innovative, state-of-the-art applications and collaborate with the Frontend and User Experience (UX) team
    • Prepare and maintain all applications utilizing standard development tools
    • Utilize backend data services and contribute to increasing existing data services API
    • Lead the entire web application development life cycle right from concept stage to delivery and post-launch support
    • Convey effectively with all task progress, evaluations, suggestions, schedules along with technical and process issues
    • Document the development process, architecture, and standard components
    • Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in web development

    Requirements

    • 4 to 6 years of demonstrable working experience as a PHP/Laravel developer.
    • Good experience with web technologies including HTML, CSS, Javascript.
    • Experience in common APIs development.
    • In-depth knowledge of object-oriented PHP and Laravel Framework
    • Hands-on experience with SQL schema design, SOLID principles, REST API design.
    • Software testing (PHPUnit, PHPSpec)
    • MySQL profiling and query optimization
