Job Details

• Ensures trucks are properly inspected and positioned on weighbridge platform before weighing.
• Conduct regular internal weight verification check, daily weighbridge inspection and report any abnormality/fault to the Tank Farm Manager.
• Keeps the weighbridge office and surrounding clean in line with GMP and 5s philosophy.
• Takes accurate and adequate records of all activities in weighbridge office using the necessary form or log book in line with PZ Wilmar FSMS policy.
• Troubleshoots minor problems like restarting Delphi, desktop, etc.
• To perform all tasks in line with laid down QMS, GMP, GHP, HACCP and FSMS policies.
• To comply with all safety rules and regulations in the weighbridge and companywide.
• To ensure compliance with relevant QMS, Food Safety, OHS & EMS policies and procedures.
• To identify and rate aspects of the departmental activities and develop programs where necessary, to help control those aspects that could have adverse impact on the environment.  

Requirement

• Minimum of First Degree
• 2-5 year work experience in a similar position
• Proactive and able to implement continual improvement program
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the particular field

• To set up production machines, set stipulated parameters for different SKUs/product lines and change parametric settings during change of line/SKUs.

Qualifications

• HND or B.Sc. , NYSC Or Exemption in any discipline preferably in Sciences or engineering courses
• 1 - 2 years work experience in a similar role
• Computer literate
• Proactive and able to implement continual improvement program.

Job Details

• Responsible for the preparation of daily, weekly and monthly Refinery reports.
• To ensure all Refinery and Tank Movement data are updated in SAP
• To update daily utility reports in SAP and ensure accuracy of data sent by Engineering team
• To maintain all files and records including logbooks and log sheets used within a shift
• To ensure log sheets, log books and other consumables are available for daily Refinery and ETP operations
• To witness daily ullage activities with operations team and update daily tank levels as per actual volumes using tank calibration data
• To ensure proper reconciliation of all raw materials, crude, WIP and finished products, processing chemicals and utilities in terms of requisition and consumption
• Participate in monthly stock taking to reconcile all materials for the refinery team and site in general
• Ensure sufficient materials/chemicals are available to meet the production targets and reduce level of wastes.
• Maintains factory cleanliness & orderliness at all times
• To carry out continuous plant improvement program.
• To ensure compliance with relevant AIB, QMS, Food Safety, OHS & EMS policies and procedures.
• To identify and rate aspects of the departmental activities and develop programs where necessary, to help control those aspects that could have adverse impact on the environment
