Responsible for the preparation of daily, weekly and monthly Refinery reports.
To ensure all Refinery and Tank Movement data are updated in SAP
To update daily utility reports in SAP and ensure accuracy of data sent by Engineering team
To maintain all files and records including logbooks and log sheets used within a shift
To ensure log sheets, log books and other consumables are available for daily Refinery and ETP operations
To witness daily ullage activities with operations team and update daily tank levels as per actual volumes using tank calibration data
To ensure proper reconciliation of all raw materials, crude, WIP and finished products, processing chemicals and utilities in terms of requisition and consumption
Participate in monthly stock taking to reconcile all materials for the refinery team and site in general
Ensure sufficient materials/chemicals are available to meet the production targets and reduce level of wastes.
Maintains factory cleanliness & orderliness at all times
To carry out continuous plant improvement program.
To ensure compliance with relevant AIB, QMS, Food Safety, OHS & EMS policies and procedures.
To identify and rate aspects of the departmental activities and develop programs where necessary, to help control those aspects that could have adverse impact on the environment
