    Property Manager

    Job Summary

    A real estate company needs a property manager who would be responsible for the overall financial and operational management of residential, commercial, and industrial properties. The property manager’s aim is to minimize costs while keeping tenants satisfied. You would be tasked with addressing tenant concerns, collecting rent, dealing with maintenance, and managing the budget.

    Job Descriptions

    • Oversee, maintain, and inspect all designated buildings and properties.
    • Coordinate ongoing maintenance and inspections to comply with all relevant laws, codes, and company policies.
    • Select tenants through interviews and background checks.
    • Collect rent, pay invoices, and analyze operating statements.
    • Prepare the annual budget and report on financial performance regularly.
    • Manage on-site staff, and vendor and contractor relationships.
    • Address tenant complaints, violations, and problems
    • Prepare and maintain all records, correspondence, and files.
    • Establish, maintain, and manage existing clients to ensure retention and referrals.

    Job Specifications

    • Must have a BSc/ BA degree in estate management or relevant course. 
    • Must have MSc in Facility Management and project management would be an added advantage.
    • Must have a minimum of 6-8 years’ experience as a property manager.
    • Proven work experience in the real estate industry as a property manager.
    • Chartered Membership of NIESV, ESVRABON, IFMA, RICS would be an added advantage.
    • Should reside in Lagos or environs. 
    • Must look professional and presentable.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and other operational software
    • Must have excellent management skills.
    • Excellent communicator both orally and written.

    Head, Property and Facility Manager

    THE POSITION:

    We are looking for a Head Property and facility to manage our properties and client’s portfolio, ensuring that our facilities are functioning well at all times.

    THE POSITION:

    We are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO.

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    • Answering phones and routing calls as well as taking messages.
    • Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports.
