Head, Property and Facility Manager at People Capacity Management

THE POSITION:

We are looking for a Head Property and facility to manage our properties and client’s portfolio, ensuring that our facilities are functioning well at all times.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• The Head, property and facility manager shall have amongst others, the following primary responsibilities:
• Effective and efficient running of the property and facility both for Lagos and other locations.
• Management, organization and retention of the company’s properties and client portfolio.
• Manage all property and facility staff.
• Making sure that company properties are being used appropriately and well maintained.
• Making sure properties provide adequate returns on investment.
• Organizing and checking repairs.
• Conducts complete detailed inspections of properties, and preparing a complete report upon inspection.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Bachelor’s degree in estate management/engineering or related disciplines
• Master’s degree in Facility management or project management
• Minimum of 12-15 year’s experience in property/facility management.
• Chartered membership of NIESV, ESVRABON, IFMA, RICS is required.
