JOB DESCRIPTION

• Sale and Lease of properties in company's portfolio
• Ensure completion of all transactions
• Secure new property sales and lease briefs for the business
• Secures the property and facility management briefs for the business
• Client relationship management and reporting
• Manages existing clients to ensure retention and referrals
• Ensure compliance with the applicable laws and regulations associated with the purchase, sale or lease of property
• Communicate effectively with owners, buyers, and associates
• Advertising properties through a variety of marketing techniques

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline
•  A minimum of 6-8 years as a real estate broker
• Chartered membership of relevant professional bodies
• Must possess excellent sales and marketing skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Must appear professional and presentable
• Strong knowledge of real estate market and industry
• Outstanding people skills, sociable and confidential
• Proven track record of sales
• Excellent relationship management skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft office tools
• Knowledge of Lagos real estate market
