    Customer Experience Intern

    About the role

    • We are looking for enthusiastic and diligent team members who will join our team with a focus on growing our customer base in Nigeria. 
    • The candidate should have experience in customer adoption, customer retention, customer experience and working collaboratively with other members of the customer experience team.
    • Reps who enjoy a fast-paced working environment, love working with and interacting with customers, and contributing to creating a vibrant customer support culture at Maisha Meds. You should be a strong communicator, and driven to innovate new solutions on the go. 

    Responsibilities

    • Provide excellent customer support by being the primary point of contact for all customer-related communications through all channels of communication
    • Conduct regular field visits to our facilities to maintain and create a high customer lifetime value.
    • Understanding and owning customer-related problems to provide timely resolution to all customer complaints, and pushing for quick resolution.
    • Present, promote and sell our software and the corresponding hardware using a question-led, active listening approach.
    • Expertly master our product knowledge to accurately inform and educate prospective customers.
    • On our CRM, HubSpot, regularly track your activities, and necessary deals 
    • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships to maintain a retention rate of 95%

    Qualifications

    • Degree (minimum) in business, customer service, pharmacy business or other related fields
    • Tech conversant and ability to quickly learn and become a proficient user of both our app and internal tools.
    • Great communication and listening skills.
    • Empathetic and customer obsessed personality.
    • Ownership and multitasking skills
    • Experience with customer journey processes and CRM systems a plus
    • Excited and energetic to work and build great relationships with customers
    • Growth mindset and enthusiasm for learning, feedback, and continuous improvement

    • You care deeply about what we’re building and how it may change how healthcare is accessed for millions of patients.

    Sales Consultant Nigeria

    About the role 

    • We are looking for enthusiastic and diligent Sales Consultants who will join our team with a focus on growing our customer base in Nigeria.
    • The candidate should have experience in sales and customer acquisition, lead generation, and converting sales.
    • The sales consultant should enjoy a fast-paced working environment, love working with and interacting with customers

    Responsibilities 

    • Will be to support our customer acquisition efforts to the Maisha Meds App and programs in target territories.
    • You’ll be in charge of communicating with our potential customers to establish the brand tone and key product features to optimize your door to door sales approach and maximize exposure. 
    • You’ll also collaborate with the Sales Manager to refine our customer acquisition process, and ensure that we are hitting customer acquisition targets.
    • You would generate prospects, communicate our product offerings and convert them to customers.

    Qualifications

    • The role requires someone with great energy and a knack for sales. 

    While some experience in the sales of tech products is a plus,we do not require prior experience for this role, as all consultants will be thoroughly trained.
