Job Summary:

Bee Shop Nigeria is seeking a highly energetic, persuasive, and charismatic Corporate Speaker / Business Trainer to join our dynamic team in Ikeja, Lagos. The ideal candidate will conduct live, in-person training, business presentations, and onboarding sessions for new partners and clients. If you have strong public speaking skills, great stage presence, and a passion for empowering others through e-commerce, we want to meet you!

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-energy, engaging business presentations and training sessions to prospective partners at our Ikeja office.
• Clearly present and explain Bee Shop’s e-commerce platform, 3-Win model, and digital business tools to audiences.
• Conduct hands-on, step-by-step mobile app onboarding and practical guidance for participants after presentations.
• Maintain an inspiring, welcoming, and professional classroom environment to maximize partner engagement and conversion.
• Collaborate with marketing and recruitment teams to continuously improve presentation flow and attendee satisfaction.
• Track session attendance, audience feedback, and conversion results to optimize presentation performance.

Key Requirements / Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Corporate Speaker, Business Trainer, Presenter, Event Host, or Public Lecturer.
• Exceptional verbal communication, presentation, and story-telling skills in English.
• Strong stage presence, charisma, and the ability to command and captivate a room.
• Tech-savvy: Comfortable demonstrating mobile apps and online platform tools on a live screen.
• A persuasive and consultative mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and passionate about entrepreneurship and personal development.
• Must be available to work on-site at our office in Ikeja, Lagos.
