Real Estate Advisory Intern at Polo Residences Limited

The Junior Realty Executive will support the sales and client engagement functions of the company, acting as a first point of contact for prospective clients and assisting the sales team in property showings, client communication, and administrative coordination. This is a training role designed to build the intern's foundation in real estate sales, client relations, and property advisory services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive and professionally attend to walk-in and phone/email inquiries from prospective clients
• Assist senior sales advisors during property tours and client meetings
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property inquiries
• Support the preparation of proposals, brochures, and client correspondence
• Represent the company professionally at property showings and client-facing events
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the Sales/HR team

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Excellent command of the English language, with clear and confident diction
• Strong interpersonal and client-relations skills
• Well-groomed and professional appearance
• Ability to work well under supervision and take initiative
• Prior customer service or front-desk experience is an advantage
