    Location: Warri, Delta

    Scope

    • We are looking for professional and hard-working stewards able to attend to our facilities with integrity and attention to detail.
    • You will be responsible for ensuring all sanitation standards are met. Also, attend to customer needs, assist wait staff, ensure all stations are well stocked, and assist in keeping all areas clean and sanitary.
    • To be successful as a steward, you should be committed to working hard, and have the physical stamina to be on your feet and moving for the duration of your shifts. You should be friendly and helpful to customers and have strong teamwork skills.

    Responsibilities

    • Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing.
    • Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards.
    • Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies.
    • Notify superiors of any damage, deficits, and disturbances.
    • Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience.
    • Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate.
    • Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices.
    • Report all lost and found items to the Housekeeping Manager.

    Skills & Requirements
    Candidates must possess:

    • Minimum of OND, HND or B.Sc.
    • 2-year cognate experience in the same role or equivalent.
    • Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
    • Customer-oriented and friendly.
    • Assist guests with requests and questions, as necessary.
    • Stock and maintain housekeeping supply rooms.
    • Prioritization and time management skills.
    • Working quickly without compromising quality.
    • Knowledge of the English language.

    Fashion Stylist/Personal Assistant

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Advises clients on dynamic styling for visuals/photoshoot.
    • Develops exclusive, creative, and unconventional styles for the client.
    • Orders clothing, fabrics, accessories, makeup and more to facilitate a wardrobe.
    • Coordinates with photographers, makeup artists, hair stylists, and other industry professionals in order to develop comprehensive looks for clients.
    • Organizes the wardrobes and outfits designed for a photo shoot or event.
    • Adapts to the client’s own interests in color, style, and shape.
    • Coordinates shooting locations.
    • Move around with the client whenever there is an event or outing.
    • Manage diaries and organize meetings and appointments.

    Job Requirements:

    • Possesses excellent communication skills.
    • Possesses good writing skills.
    • Exhibits creativity and business sense.
    • Must be outspoken and jovial.
    • Can manipulate various fashion techniques, including mixing different fabrics, colors, and textures.
    • Great styling sense.
    • Demonstrates basic computer and reading skills.
    • Possesses a keen understanding of the fashion that are acceptable and even expected for different types of events.

    Driver

    Salary: N50,000 net

    Benefit: N15,000 quarterly dressing allowance, pension, 13th and leave allowance

    Facebook Advertising Specialist

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Build and scale Facebook ad accounts while maintaining margin goals.
    • Create and analyze an effective advertising campaign for your target audience.
    • Establish and manage a social media presence.
    • Work with design to create ads and landing pages.
    • Leverage our internal database to create remarketing audiences.
    • Collaborate with the product team to understand targets, optimization goals, and how you can help achieve them.
    • Analyze campaign performance to understand what is working and what's not.
    • A/B test ads and landing pages.
    • Other marketing projects as needed.

    Job Requirements:

    • 1+ years of marketing experience required.
    • 1+ years of Facebook ad experience preferred.
    • Experience A/B testing.
    • Demonstrate the ability to understand and optimize KPIs.
    • Comfortable with data & data analysis.
    • Able to come up with creative ideas.
    •  Detailed-oriented and organized.
    • The ability to do some graphic design work is an advantage.
