About the Role 

Tima's Kitchen LP is looking for a smart, organised Sales / Kitchen Assistant to support customer service, food sales, order packing, kitchen coordination, and daily store operations. The ideal candidate should be friendly, tech-savvy, neat, and able to help the business deliver a smooth customer experience. 

Key Responsibilities

•  Attend to walk-in customers, online enquiries, subscription customers, and delivery/pickup orders professionally.
• Record orders accurately using POS, order apps, WhatsApp, spreadsheets, or approved digital tools.
• Support food packing, labelling, serving, cleaning, and basic kitchen preparation.
• Explain menu items, subscriptions, rewards, and promotions to customers clearly.
• Assist with stock checks, inventory updates, daily sales records, and simple reports.
• Keep the front counter, sitting area, serving area, and kitchen support area clean and organised.
• Escalate customer complaints, missing items, payment issues, or operational problems quickly.
• Work closely with the Chef and management to maintain speed, hygiene, and good customer service. 

Requirements

• Minimum of National Diploma, OND, HND, SSCE with strong relevant experience, or a related qualification.
• Must be educated, tech-savvy, organised, neat, and confident speaking with customers.
• Must be able to use a smartphone, POS/order app, WhatsApp, basic spreadsheets, and simple reporting tools.
• Good communication, basic numeracy, record-keeping, and customer service skills.
• Previous experience in food service, sales, hospitality, retail, or customer support is an advantage.
• Must live on Lagos Island or close enough to commute reliably.
• Must be punctual, trustworthy, calm under pressure, and willing to learn.
