    Job Duties

    • Dust all fixtures, fittings and any other surfaces within reach.
    • Sweep and wash/mop floor 
    • Dust picture frames and clean the picture glass.
    • Dust and polish all chairs, tables and all drinking shelves.

    Logistics Personnel

    Job Duties

    • Ensuring neatness and orderliness within and around the store and office
    • Take task and deliver messages for personnel
    • Prepare water, coffee or get water/food and other items for staff
    • Help organize office activities
    • Walk, push trucks and use public conveyance in order to reach destinations to deliver messages or materials
    • Load vehicles with listed goods, ensuring goods are loaded correctly and taking precautions with hazardous goods
    • Unload and sort items collected along delivery routes
    • Receive messages or materials, items to be delivered and information on recipients , delivery instructions must be communicated via telephone or in person
    • Record information such as items received and recipient’s responses to messages
    • Plan and follow most efficient routes for delivery
    • Perform routine maintenance on delivery vehicles such as monitoring fluids level, replenishing fuel etc.

    Cashier

    Job Duties

    • Handling of all cash transactions for the shop
    • Ensuring completeness and correctness of cash in the shop
    • Issue of receipt for cash collected.
    • Querying the waiter/waitress for any cash shortage.
    • Checking/ reconciliation of daily cash book with the cash at hand.
    • Reconciliation of all POS transactions.
    • Calculating total payments received during the shift and reconciling this with total sales
    • Tracking and reporting on all sales activities for the shop

    Store Keeper

    Job Duties

    • In charge of reception, storage and issuance of Inventory with utmost attention required to ensure smooth operation
    • Checking the orders from support Centre and verifying all way bills presented by the logistics team.
    • Responsible for the release of supplies as needed by the shop.
    • Ensures all records are accurate, up to date and fully reconciled
    • Ensure accurate record keeping, sign-offs and filing
    • Escalation of slow-moving items to the Shop Manager and Finance Department

    Requirement

    • Strong written and oral communication skills
    • Good Leadership skills
